Sex & Nudity: A woman wears skin-tight jeans with tops that reveal cleavage.

A woman wearing a scoop-neck top bends toward the camera and displays substantial cleavage.

Violence & Gore:A man and a woman struggle over a knife, until he lands on top of her on the floor with the knife stuck in his heart; he rolls over, grabs his chest and blood flows as he gurgles and dies with open eyes.

A man and a woman argue, she accuses him of wanting to kill her, and he becomes exasperated; she finds a locked door and a note slides out from under it that tells her the man will kill her so she finds a knife, sticks it against the man's throat and says she will kill him and he shouts, "Wake up! Your sister's been dead for five days!"

A woman walks through a door and finds her childhood basement with her dead parents lying on the floor, she grabs her twin who is now a little girl and tells her not to look this time as the father revives and attacks the first woman, grabbing her bandaged and bleeding hand; she uses a knife to cut his fingers away from her arm and the scene ends (we see blood on her arms, hands, and some blood spots on her T-shirt).

A woman seated on the ground in the woods is pulled under the ground by six human hands as she screams.

A woman accuses a man of trying to kill her, they argue, and she runs away through a forest; she falls into a pit and injures her ankle then struggles to stand and hobbles through a dark tunnel with a flashlight where she meets a teen girl that smiles insanely and leads her down another tunnel; the girl stops and as the flashlight reaches her face, we see a pale, round, zombie face covered in black vertical stripes of gore and the woman screams and runs back through the tunnels to an opening above her head and a man throws down a rope and pulls her up.

A woman and twin girls hear two loud thumps in the basement (in a flashback); they descend the stairs and one girl and the woman see the girl's dead mother lying on the floor, eyes open, with some spots of blood beside her and both witnesses scream into the camera and run upstairs.

A woman falls, cutting her hand and we see a long cut on the palm with blood flowing; a male friend arrives and helps her to her tent, where she wraps the hand in a piece of cloth and the wound bleeds through it a little.

A woman runs through a forest at night, panting and shouting for her twin sister while we see several human heads around her in the background; these beings chase the woman another woman hears the commotion and calls her name; the second woman escapes the woods and is shown in a police patrol car while the first woman is shown in the woods looking at her forearm, which is cut and bleeding.

A woman says that a drunk driver ran into two people, knocking them into a basement and killing them, but we do not see the action.

Profanity: 3 scatological terms, 2 mild obscenities, 1 religious profanity (GD) and 2 religious exclamations (Oh My God, and Jesus.)

Name-calling (crazy, caveman and foolish.)

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: A prescription bottle label on a night table reads, "Anxiety Medication," and another prescription bottle label is unreadable.

A man and a woman drink from glasses of wine in close-up.

A man and a woman are joined by another woman and all three have glasses of wine (they are not shown drinking.)

A woman holds a short glass at a bar where two long shelves on the back bar are filled with various colors of liquor.

A man at a bar turns in an empty beer mug and receives a full mug that he sips from.

A man and a woman drink from mugs of beer.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  The film contains several scenes in which the protagonist is confronted by spirits and experiences supernatural occurrences and hallucinations.

In one of the stronger scenes, as a spirit grabs the protagonist by her wrist, she uses a knife to pry its fingers off to free herself, but ended up cutting her own wrist.

Other jump-scares include depictions of spirits with ghoulish faces chasing the protagonist down a tunnel, sudden appearances of spirits, and so on.

Three elderly women rush at a younger woman at night in a dark forest and we see a close-up of a wrinkled, screaming face and hear a screech as it disappears with the other two crones.

The depictions of terror are somewhat realistic and intense, however, these scenes are brief and do not contain strong details. Not recommended for anyone under 15

Story: Based on a true story & a very real place called Aokigahara Forest, a forest at the northwest base of Mount Fuji in Japan, Known by local's as the most haunted forest in the world know as the suicide forest. After a called saying Sara Price sister is dead, she set out to find her sister who she believe is still alive, but she will have to face more than trying to find her sister, she will have to face the supernatural forces of the forest.

Likes : I'm gonna start by give you some back ground of this forest before i start the actually film review:

Geography: The forest floor consists primarily of volcanic rock and is difficult to penetrate with hand tools such as picks or shovels. The forest itself is very dense, and one can get lost easily if leaving the official trails. Because of this, in recent years, hikers and tourists trekking through Aokigahara have begun to use plastic tape to mark their paths so as to avoid getting lost.

Past the designated trails leading to tourist attractions such as the Ice Cave and Wind Cave, the first kilometer of the forest is littered with tape and other rubbish left by tourists, despite officials' attempts to remove it. After the first kilometer into Aokigahara towards Mount Fuji within the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park, the forest is in better condition, with little to no litter and few obvious signs of human presence.

Suicides: The forest is reportedly the most popular site for suicide in Japan and among the top three most popular sites for suicide in the world. Statistics vary, but there were around 30 suicides documented every year during the period leading up to 1988.

In 2003, 105 bodies were found in the forest, exceeding the previous record of 78 in 2002. In 2010, it was estimated that more than 200 people had attempted suicide in the forest, of whom 54 completed the act. Suicides are said to increase during March, the end of the fiscal year in Japan. As of 2011, the most common means of suicide in the forest were hanging or drug overdose. In recent years, the local officials have stopped publicizing the numbers in an attempt to downplay Aokigahara's association with suicide.

The high rate of suicide has led officials to place a sign at the forest's entry, written in Japanese, urging suicidal visitors to seek help and not take their own lives. Annual body searches have been conducted by police, volunteers, and attendant journalists since 1970.

The site's popularity has been attributed to Seichō Matsumoto's 1960 novel Kuroi Jukai (Black Sea of Trees). However, the history of suicide in Aokigahara predates the novel's publication, and the place has long been associated with death: ubasute may have been practiced there into the nineteenth century, and the forest is reputedly haunted by the yūrei (angry spirits) of those left to die.

Film review section
:
As for the film itself i wouldn't expect too much from it being a 15 cert because you cant really call a 15 cert a horror film, it more of a teenage spooky film than anything, Natalie Dormer does a pretty convince character playing Sara Price, not once though out the film does she not feel like the character she portraying, some scene can be a little predictable & some moments throughout the film put a chill down your spine due to the location & it background story of it concept.

Would i say this film is amazing not really but it does have it moments, location of the film actually adds to the film atmosphere which is a good thing because it stop it from tanking, although this film does lack in it being a 18 cert, despite some scene giving you the chills in a psychological way.

One thing that actually works for the film is its creepy moments along with it twists in the story, it does this very clever way of throwing off, (I.E) like you think one thing is going on but then does this playing with the mind trick with something else going on, it clever in a way that tie with the whole story of the forest playing with your mind, the ending was clever although a little creepy.
This is actually good for the film as a whole, despite some review of this film being bad, this wasn't that bad, but still could of had room for improvements, so it's kind of a film that your iver gonna love or hate, but to understand this film you really have to understand the nature of Aokigahara Forest to fully get the concept of what going on other wise you find yourself think meh this is a mediocre film.

Dislikes : The few thing's wrong with this film was its pacing it was to slow for not much going on which in all honest was killing the concept of the film, it felt like it could of had more going on to really make this a truly frightening film.
But i think the 15 cert is killing the horror genre to be honest this film is an example of that when this film had potential to be better than it was, it felt like it was miss's thing's, its wasn't scary enough, it was just more slightly creepy just to give you a chill.

Overall : Creepy moments, Not scary, Good try on a concept that could be better.

Rating: 4.1 out of 5 entertainment / 6.7 out of 10 for concept

Sex & Nudityman and woman kiss for about 2 seconds. Nothing bad just a quick kiss.

No nudity or sexual content.

A young kid is eaten alive by a jack-in-the-box toy

Some of the evil creatures are stabbed and shot with a shotgun. They ooze green gooey "blood" Not graphic looks like slime

Profanity:  The film contains, hell 5 times but used only for religious purposes and 2 assholes .

A character apologizes for thinking of his brother in law as a "JACKASS"

Other mild humor played for humor

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: A character jokes about having a hangover.

A character makes a peppermint drink with alcohol in it, and then shares it with one of the children. Meant to be funny.

A man pours alcohol into his coffee cup.

A girl on skype is talking to her boyfriend who shows her a Christmas-themed bong, then tries to convince her to come over.

A girl says how her mom is using a perscription drug "like candy".

Frightening/Intense Scenes: The film contains several sequences where characters are faced with threatening situations and commit moderate violence.

For example, when the adults are attacked by menacing-looking toys, they manage to fend off the assault through the use of an axe, a knife and a shotgun.

The sense of threat is heightened by the toys gruesome appearance, where they bare features such as sharp teeth and claws.

There is a scene where a young girl is eaten alive by one of the toys

Parental Guidance strongly recommended for people aged 11 and Higher. as its a 11 rated film nobody under that would be admitted

Story: When his dysfunctional family clashes over the holidays, young Max (Emjay Anthony) is disillusioned and turns his back on Christmas. Little does he know, this lack of festive spirit has unleashed the wrath of Krampus: a demonic force of ancient evil intent on punishing non-believers. All hell breaks loose as beloved holiday icons take on a monstrous life of their own, laying siege to the fractured family's home and forcing them to fight for each other if they hope to survive.

Likes : First of all great written story to really tell the nightmare story of krampus, If you compare this to other film of this theme, none of them have actually captured it right apart from this one.
I want to see this at the cinema but i thought it would be just another horrible low budget film so i waited for it to come out on dvd. apoun watch this film im pleasantly surprised this was actually good.
I love the style of the way they've made this film which is actually done right, we get a full back ground of what krampus is & what he does when the christmas spirit dies it kind of a frightening concept with a ice cold chill with this story.
It kind of like the gremlins concept yet with a christmas nightmare theme with thing you would normal see on christmas but turn into nightmarish creatures, with some funny results, as there are scene despite the film being horror you kind of find yourself laughing your head off at certain bits throughout the film.
although the film does have some funny scene there is a balance between this as it does still hold some chilling scenes that put a chill down your spine, but unfortunately it not scarey scarey it more weird & funny type of horror but i can see this being a cult classic for sure.
When it comes to the background story of the grandmothers past its brilliant done in a animation style flashback which is pretty dark & chilling to think about, but it add the story which is cool because it give the film some background on which to set up the scene perfect that come after.
The acting performance from Adam Scott , Toni Collette , David Koechner , Allison Tolman , Krista Stadler & Emjay Anthony really made the film convince, David Koechner being a comedy actor really did well with some funny scenes.
All in all this is a pretty good told story of krampus is actually the best one ive seen in awhile, this is a film you really have to watch, you will get a laugh out of this film as well as a great story, the way it end leaves you baffled for a second but then you get this Jeeper creepers ending style which is brilliant done.

Dislikes : I think the film was missing some opportunities where there could of been other people as involved fighting for the lives but as it is this is a cool film as it was.

Overall : Great story telling, funny moments with some chilling moments.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 8 out of 10 for story telling

Film Review: Cabin Fever (Remake)

Genre:  Horror

Cert: R-rated

Director: Travis Zariwny

Screen writer: Randy Pearlstein (script) Eli Roth (original screenplay)

Starring: Gage Golightly , Matthew Daddario , Nadine Crocker , Dustin Ingram, Samuel Davis , Randy Schulman , George Griffith , Louise Linton , Tim Zajaros , Aaron Trainor , Jason Rouse , Derrick R. Means , Benton Morris , Dawson Doupé , Teresa Decher .

Running time: 1h 39min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & NudityTwo sex scenes, full frontal nudity.

Violence & Gore: Same as the original with the blood gory as the virus eats the flesh.

Profanity: Strong language

Alcohol/Drugs/SmokingAlcohol is see being drunk

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  The only frightening thing about this film is the fact it nothing new

Story: A group of five friends are terrorized at their getaway cabin. no point in given a story if you've seen the original because A remake of the 2002 film, 'Cabin Fever' is the same in every way possible.

Likes : Im Sorry but as a film review the only thing i can say that is anything good about this film is at least this film kept with its concept & keeping it bloody & gory, because that all your gonna see that some what new with new actors playing the roles. This film is just a complete failure sorry horror fan but this is my opinion.

Dislikes : Omg where do a start on the failure that this is, why was this even remade in the first place, seriously the storyline itself is just a carbon copy of the original film, seriously you might as well put in the original dvd of cabin fever & call it a remake, that how close this film was in every way possible.
There is absolutely nothing new in the story, a remake is meant to take the original story & mix it up alittle change thing up & tell it in a different way, this is scene by scene copy of the original film. i cant stress just how much of a waste of time this film was to be remade, if people like it well that there choice, but i can not for the love of god give this a good rating.
This could have been done in so many other ways instead of just rehashing the same story of the original. Im not normal a fan of El roth movies, but this has got to be the worst film his done.

Overall : Waste of time, watch the original & call it a remake.

Rating: 2.1 out of 5 for entertainment / 2 out of 10 for same scene by scene of the original.

Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Likes : I will hand down say this is the funniest film ive watched in ages, i mean ya there are a few flaws in the movie which i'll put in the dislikes but dam Ryan reynolds is funny, give the guy the go ahead to just unleash this is the result you get full on adult humour that if it your sense of humour you will laugh you a** off.

I didnt know much about dead pool other than he's a sarcastic merc with a month, after seeing this film, i understand the character better, im a fan of dead pool. I will say this ; this is 20th century's first successful superhero film, im glad they didnt do the same mistake as the fantastic four film that was a disaster, despite the flaw this is a great film.

Ryan reynolds
playing dead pool is a role he was born to play, he gets the character perfect, he's got the right acting profile for the sarcastic humour that dead pool is,  he was just funny as hell, some of the scene when he being sarcastic like he few quote about 20th century fox how e got away with that i dont know, but where he shinned more in this film was the piss taking sarcastic quote which made this film even more funnier.

Morena Baccarin Perfect casting choice for the girlfriend of wade wilson, i loved how she played off Ryan reynolds on screen, she didnt hold anything back, she totally full on yet go, it show a perfect performance on screen as Vanessa good screen chemist which give a believe character.

Stefan Kapicic & Greg LaSalle done an awesome job with Colossus, i think it was a great idea to bulk him up more to the original Colossus in the x-men, give the character more depth which is good, Stefan delivering a perfect voice over for the role really bring the character personality out, as well as Greg proving the Facial Performance for the character is brilliantly done.

Brianna Hildebrand just awesome as Negasonic Teenage Warhead which dead pool literally take the p*ss out off which was funny because she can give as good as get back with the mood teenage goth click, which is show just why she given the name warhead, because dammmmmm.......i wont give away spoiler but you can see why in the film.Great performance on screen.

Ed Skrein was a perfect choice for the main villain, ya he didnt get much reception with transporter remake film, but play the bad guy in this film he shinned in his own right as a bad a** villain for dead pool, he pull off a great performance with this dark attitude of a street thug turn mutant with a god complex.

Gina Carano beautiful as ever play a very powerful mutant angel dust, i think she role suit her more then over roles, not that she not good at acting, she just got this on screen presence of a bad a**, i think angel dust role was perfect for her as most of the scene had her just looking menacing of a person you dont want to p*ss off, the combat scene Gina shined more in this film.

The film itself along with its sexual joke's & sarcastic quote that just make it hilarious to watch, the film just touch on a very delicate subject of cancer i glad the film takes in seriously & doesn't make a joke out of it in the scene involving this that was perfectly done.
With it visual effect, stunts & music this is a pretty well made film its what dead pool should be on the big screen so you can't fault 20th century fox here because the director
Tim Miller & the writes did a pretty well written film. If there is a film you should watch this is a film not to be missed.

Dislikes : My only complaint which i noticed flaws because not every film is perfect, is the flow of the film, yes there are moment when this film really does have you in fits of laugher.
But the scene skipping from the future to past then to the future then back to the past until the time line caught up didnt work so well with this film, which was kind of funny in that part when the line line caught up because there was a few split second scene that had my laughing, but it kind of off balanced the film flow slightly which is forgivable because this is entertaining in other area.

It did feel like it was mixed with 18 certification in area with a 15 certification in others & some scene did feel toned down like it was missing curtain scenes, which maybe were see a full uncut director version on dvd / blu-ray.

Overall :  hilarious jokes & qoutes, great acting performances, slightly a bit flawed in story but entertaining film thats a must to see.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 8.5 out of 10 for comic adaptation

Film Review: Freaks of Nature

Genre: Comedy, Horror

Cert: 15

Director: Robbie Pickering

Screen writer: Oren Uziel (screenplay)

Starring: Nicholas Braun , Mackenzie Davis , Josh Fadem , Denis Leary , Ed Westwick , Vanessa Hudgens , Keegan-Michael Key , Bob Odenkirk , Joan Cusack , Chris Zylka , Ian Roberts , Rachael Harris , Mae Whitman , Patton Oswalt , Pat Healy

Running time: 1h 32min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: the three protagonists run naked around the town , butts are visible

Violence & Gore: Though most of the film there is gonna be alot of scene involving zombies & vampire so there will be alot of gore & blood.

Profanity:  Mild to stronger language

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Beer & what looks like weed is see being smoked

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Not really frightening scenes as the film is based more on a comedy horror so the scene are slap stick, but recommended age 17+

Story: In Freaks of Nature, we welcome you to Dillford, where three days ago, everything was peaceful and business as usual: the vampires were at the top of the social order, the zombies were at the bottom, and the humans were getting along in the middle. But this delicate balance was ripped apart when the alien apocalypse arrived in Dillford and put an end to all the harmony. Now it's humans vs. vampires vs. zombies in all-out, blood-sucking, brain-eating, vamp-staking mortal combat - and all of them are on the run from the aliens. It is up to three teenagers - one human, one vampire, and one zombie - to team up, figure out how to get rid of the interplanetary visitors, and try to restore order to this "normal" little town.

Likes : First of all this is a leave your brain at the door & switch off type movie, that i could see coming as another cult classic that is so over the top stupid & ridiculous you can't help but laugh at.

Freaks of Nature is blends of horror/comedy/romance/drama with zombie/alien/vampire/human mash up all living together in one town, it kind of works in a really weird way thanks to some strong performance from a likable cast. The movie is insanely gory and bloody with it action sequences, with really interesting premise which continues to deliver that to the end despite some nonsense & really stupid moments along the way.

Bit of a strange role for Vanessa Hudgens to take, but she pulled this of strangely but i feel she could do better in the film industry because she has talent to be big, but the film itself is kind of insane film you would find on the Syfy channel or the horror channel really. But this is a film more suit for those that like these types of film's with the stupid slap stick humour with stupid moments.

Dislikes : Not that i found it entertaining, but some scene in this film were just ridiculously stupid, its a film you can iver accept it as it is, a mindless horror comedy that you can help but laugh at the stupidity of it.

Overall : Ridiculous comedy horror, with some what entertainment, with a 80s style.

Rating: 4.2 out of 5 for entertainment / 5.2 out of 10 for concept.

Film Review: Irrational Man

Genre: Drama, Mystery

Cert: 12a

Director: Woody Allen

Screen writer: Woody Allen

StarringJoaquin Phoenix , Emma Stone , Joe Stapleton , Nancy Carroll,  Allison Gallerani , Brigette Lundy-Paine , Katelyn Semer , Betsy Aidem , Ethan Phillips , Jamie Blackley , Leah Anderson , Paula Plum , Nancy Giles , Henry Stram , Geoff Schuppert

Running time:  1h 35min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & NudityThe film is about a couple, there is kissing passionately, groping, and sometimes in bed, no nudity.

A sex scene where we only see the two characters' faces, but it's clear they're having sex. No nudity, brief scene.

Discussion about impotence and sex. Nothing graphic.

Violence & Gore: Murder is a big part of the plot. No on-screen violence though.

Profanity:  3 uses of fuck. A few uses of bullshit. Damn and other mild profanities.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: A character is an alcoholic and drinks throughout the day. A character makes reference to "grass", in a context that strongly implies an invitation to recreational drug use.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Official MPAA Rating below (already included by IMDB)

Story: A new philosophy professor arrives on a small town campus near Newport, Rhode Island. His name, Abe Lucas. His reputation : bad. Abe is said to be a womanizer and an alcoholic. But what people do not know is that he is a disillusioned idealist. Since he has become aware of his inability to change the world, he has indeed been living in a state of deep nihilism and arrogant desperation. In class, he only goes through the motions and outside he drinks too much. But as far as sex is concerned, he is just a shadow of himself now: depression is not synonymous with Viagra! For all that, he can't help being attracted to one of his students, pretty and bright Jill Pollard. He enters into a relationship with her which remains platonic, even if Jill would not say no to more. The situation remains unchanged for a while until, one day, in a diner, Abe and Jill surprise a conversation that will change the course of their lives dramatically...

Likes : This is an unusual film but good in some way, the way this character is attitude is i can kind of relate to in someway with depression you feel like the life just isn't worth getting involved, which is true because in some case's the world tense to drag you down most of the time with all the wars, murders everything else, you just feel why.
I would go as far as this character did though that would be stupid, but the way Joaquin Phoenix plays this character show just how amazing he is an actor transcending from a mood down on the world philosophy professor who contemplates on something that will change his life & also seal his fate.
Emma stone is just awesome as alway, playing a collage student who some how find a quality in the moody professor as she come more & more close with him she find her self falling for him , but fate has other ideas, she put 100% into the character, it alway good to see her on screen, as she not only a beautiful woman, she a very talented actress.
This film itself is kind of strange, you can tell it's a wood allen film, but it has this alfred hitchcock type of feel to it as well, if you actually into these type of film you will find this film interesting to watch as the story unfolds. Im not normal one for these type of films but this actually was a good film to watch,  Joaquin Phoenix is alway a great actor probably two of my favorite film's of his was gladiator & ladder 49, ive watched all of Emma stone film's big fan of hers, so this was great to see with them both playing off each other which show great acting.
This is a great film to which i recommend watching.

Dislikes : Slightly a bit slow but nothing major

Overall : Great story, good acting,

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 7 out of 10 for concept
