Film Review: (Animated) Free Bird's

Genre:  Animation  Adventure  Comedy

Cert: U CERT

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: None

Violence & Gore: Jake slaps Reggie. Several Pilgrims are hunters.

Profanity:  At least some name calling.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: None

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  General Sagan look mite be a little frightening to the younger viewers.

Story: After years of fruitless warning of his farmyard brethren of the coming Thanksgiving doom, Reggie the Turkey finds himself spared as the annual Pardoned Turkey. However, Reggie's easy life is disrupted by Jake, a fanatic turkey who drags him along with the insane idea of going back in time to make sure turkeys are not part of the first Thanksgiving. Through foolhardiness and luck, the pair manage to take an experimental time machine to do just that. Now in 1621 at the Plymouth colony, Reggie and Jake find themselves in the middle of a turkey clan's struggle for survival. In doing so, their preconceptions of the world and themselves are challenged forever in a conflict from which the world will never be the same.

Likes : Sorry this is a film that doesn't deserve the bad reviews it got because if you cant find this film funny you are miserable as hell with no sense of humor because this is a extremely funny with slap stick humor, compared to most animated film this is so worth watching.
The writing in this comedic tale is spot on with the humor -- while the voice performances and animation are brilliantly done. The only downside to the movie, is the lack of inclusion of the song's that normal come in to animated film's…but seriously this was a laugh-out-loud movie that really only slows down during an attempt to throw in some romance.
There is some amazing and hilarious animation done between Woody's voice acting for the character Jake
and the leader of the pack Chief Broadbeak voiced by Keith David in the old world when they try to out do each other in a macho contest, with some hilarious outrageous laugh out loud moments.
Owen Wilson voices of Reggie, the only sain turkey among a dumb pack of turkeys was brilliant to show a unsung hero of the bird world, i like that they gave his character that romance element as well which was funny with Jenny voiced by Amy Poehler, who his character just acts like a love sick puppy but it just brilliant done.
Through this whole film you just find yourself laugh because the level of the slap stick humor you just cant help but laugh your head off, i really don't know why some people can find this film funny, because ive never laugh so hard in my life at an animated film, special even more so with the angry birds reference, it just a classic animated film that all the family will love, you just cant go wrong with this animated film chicken run was good, just turkeys do it better.

Dislikes : Could of done with some song but other wise a brilliant animated film.

Overall : Hilarious, laugh out load slap stick humor, great story, brilliant film for your family to watch

Rating: 4.8 out of 5 for entertainment / 8.9 out of 10 for slapstick humor/great story-line.

Film Review: I Frankenstein

Genre: Action  Fantasy  Sci-Fi

Cert: 12A

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Gargoyles descend demons to hell throughout the movie, in which the demons erupt in streams of fire
Slashing and slicing throughout and the demons try to possess animated corpses like Frankenstein who supposedly are soulless although Frankenstein actually has a soul
Fantasy violence though no blood and the demons aren't very well done or scary

Violence & Gore: Reanimated of a rat, fight scene where people burst in to flames & light, character sowing up a wound.

Profanity: One word of "dam"

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: none

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Demons may be scary, considering they're demonic members of an army led by the demon prince who tries to possess re-animated corpses with the descended spirits to take over the world as we know it

Story: Frankenstein's creature finds himself caught in an all-out, centuries old war between two immortal clans demon that what to destroy mankind & the gargoyles that have an oath to protect all life from evil, it become an all out war Adam (Eckhart) must choice a side.

Likes : I can see why critics have rip this film apart, because there was a couple of scene that were flawed but that was down to bad editing in the film but this was one three scene but its still not enough to get the negative review's this film got in america because this is a still a very good film.
its a film that you have to listen to the begin as the story is being told, if you miss this first part of the film you wont get the whole film its self because the begin is a very important part to get the story behind the film.
The story-line is a very powerful concept where angel's cant protect earth so the arch angel Michael created the very powerful gargoyles to protect mankind from evil, it this concept i think worked for the film because the whole angel thing has been done so many time, its refreshing to see a film that doesn't involve angels for a change.
I love the special effect special the transition from gargoyle to human form brilliant done as well as the demon's transformation although the demon didn't really look menacing the gargoyles looked better, Miranda Otto performance was powerful in this film as she play's the gargoyle queen Leonore who i think is a cross between gargoyle & arch angel just by her presence & posture she gives off, Jai Courtney was brilliant as well he really fitted the role of a gargoyle warrior Gideon, it's his posture & on screen presence that made him a brilliant fit as of what i could tell he was playing leonre right hand royal general/guard to the army, Yvonne Strahovski done a pretty good job with her role, although there was one scene i through was a little dumb with one line, but her performance was good, Bill Nighy you cant get a more finer actor than Bill Nighy, he plays these type of role with perfection special playing Naberius prince of hell, he on screen presence you can see he play someone that wont haste to take you out if you do something wrong or do something without orders, but the fight scene i think could of been a little better.
Now Aaron Eckhart not alot of people think he's a good actor or he plays role that don't suit him, but they are so far from being right, Aaron bring a brilliant performance as a frank castle's punisher concept to Frankenstein monster which make it better because not only do you see a monster but you see a man struggling to come to term with what he is but also has a attitude that he's life is he's own & no one control him, its a very believable performance.
The fight scene were awesome with the special effect i will say the gargoyle are a force to be reckon with like they have the strength of arch angel in them, it a clever way to tell a story of a war between heaven & hell.
But like i said this film doesn't deserve the negative reviews this film has received of the past few week from the critic & people, because the film as a whole is still a great film to watch.

Dislikes : two scene just after the begin there was a bit of bad editing the scene were cut to short between each other as they were jump to one scene then back to other scene then back again it didn't show a fluid motion in the film, the end fight scene i think could of been better.

Overall : Not a brilliant film but still a great film, good special effects & brilliant performance

Rating: 4.7 out of 5 for entertainment / 7.3 out of 10 from story-line & special effect

Film Review: Reasonable Doubt

Genre:  Crime Thriller

Cert: 18 R-Rated cert

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: none

Violence & Gore: man being hit by a car,
man hit with a hammer,
a man covered in blood from wounds on the floor.

Profanity:  mild to strong language

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: few drinking in a bar

Frightening/Intense Scenes: seeing some one being hit by a hammer & a car maybe a little disturbing to some viewers

Story: Up-and-coming District Attorney, Mitch Brockton is involved in a fatal hit-and-run, but Clinton Davis, is found with the body and charged with murder. Believing that Davis is innocent, Brockton is compelled to throw the trial. Soon after, Brocton's perfect life begins to unravel as he realizes that the man he set free is hiding a secret that will destroy him.

Likes : This isn't the Samuel L. Jackson we love & know as he play a character that has a very shifty in nature what seem to be an innocent man soon show's a much dark side. This type of film has the concept of a deadly game deception & murder which makes some thrillers worth watching, while this film isn't the greatest thriller you still find your self getting draw in to what happens next has the lawyer Mitch Brockden played by Dominic Cooper who get unwittingly get caught up in the cross hairs of a serial killer after a car incident it come a deadly cat & mouse game between the two which make the film interesting to watch.
The one thing that this film fall short of being a brilliant film is the plot is a little weak, special with some scene just seem to be unbelievable & ruin the mood of the film slightly, i think if they kept this real looking the film would have had a better reception but its good film to watch Samuel & Dominic performance are believable & brilliant done but the plot just lets there acting down slightly.

Dislike: plot lets this film down slightly i think it could of been a little better to make this film brilliant

Overall : Great thriller to watch not brilliant but watchable, good performances

Rating: 3.6 out of 5 for entertainment / 6 out of 10 for story-line/ concept

Film Review: (Animated) Justice League War (2014)

Genre:  Animation Action Adventure

Cert: 12A

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Rated PG-13 for sequences of violence and action, and some language
A man calls a woman a whore.
A man says that he cross dresses to feel powerful.
Wonder Woman's outfit is somewhat revealing.

Violence & Gore: All violence is animated pg-12

Profanity: One use of the work shit, one use of the word whore, one use of the term douche-bag, and other mild profanity (hell, damn).

Alcohol/Drugs/SmokingNone

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Note: While Justice League: War isn't as violent as it's predecessor Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox, the film still has some bloody scenes, and some strong violence in it. The film is not appropriate for younger children.
Darkseid may frighten younger children as well as some of the other aliens.

Story: The world's finest heroes found the Justice League in order to stop an alien invasion of Earth.

Likes : This is unlike the previous film flash paradox, this film is set before the justice league is form where the hero come together after fighting each other to realize they need to stand together as a team to face a deadly threat darksied & his forces.
If you love paradox your love this film as it show how victor become cyborg, which was a little violent in a way he seem to have a clash of confidence because of the feud with his father being a hard man to please.
I believe if the justice league was done this way for the live action film it would work but also depends on what why they are doing it.
As for a Dc animated film these film just get better & better, there just something about the Dc animated film that are aim for adults even when its animated with a lot of violence & blood.Although this one is slightly tame on the blood there is some scene that maybe frightening for younger viewers so be warned of that if you get this for your kids to watch.
The voice acting is perfect special for he characters, Christopher Gorham voice of The Flash/Barry Allen, Justin Kirk voice of Green Lantern / Hal Jordan, Michelle Monaghan voice of Wonder Woman, Shemar Moore voice of Cyborg / Victor Stone, Jason O'Mara voice of Batman / Bruce Wayne, Alan Tudyk voice of Superman & Steve Blum voice of Darkseid.
If your a justice league fan this is one to watch, brilliant but weird how they keep going back to the start of a justice league with this films instead of forward but still this film is brilliant.

Dislikes
: As much as i love seeing different adaptation of the beginning of the justice league i think they need to push these animated film forward & not keep going back to the origins it get boring because everyone know how the justice league as formed

Overall : Pretty cool animated film to show a different way the league was formed

Rating: 4.5 out of 5 for entertainment / 9 out of 10 for animated film/storytelling.

Film Review:All is Lost

Genre: Action  Adventure Drama

Cert: 12A

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & NudityNone

Violence & GoreThe main character gets a cut on his head. He is seen bandaging it and pouring alcohol on it.

Profanity:  3 uses of 'fuck'.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: The main character drinks once.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Just about the whole movie

Story: Deep into a solo voyage in the Indian Ocean, an unnamed man (Redford) wakes to find his 39-foot yacht taking on water after a collision with a shipping container left floating on the high seas. With his navigation equipment and radio disabled, the man sails unknowingly into the path of a violent storm. Despite his success in patching the breached hull, his mariner's intuition and a strength that belies his age, the man barely survives the tempest. Using only a sextant and nautical maps to chart his progress, he is forced to rely on ocean currents to carry him into a shipping lane in hopes of hailing a passing vessel. But with the sun unrelenting, sharks circling and his meager supplies dwindling, the ever-resourceful sailor soon finds himself staring his mortality in the face.

Likes : Outstanding performance from Robert Redford, in this gripping ,over hyped film that had no balance in its pace as the film seem to drag on a little bit, to be honest this was better than the life of P.I but still not the greatest film's to watch.
As most film like this like Tom Hanks makes friends with a volleyball in cast away. In The Old Man and the Sea, Spencer Tracy talks to the whale. Gravity, Sandra Bullock talks to George Clooney ... even when he isn't really there! It takes the great Robert Redford to show us how to face isolation with dignity and silence (save one well-deserved F-word) when things go wrong, this film was intense in some part you kind of find your self wonder will he survive.
This film would of been good as a short film but as a long feature film that nearly 1 1/2 hours long is a bit to much as this film seriously drag's long at a slow pace, the only reason why we know he there is the fact he running away from family problems as at the begin you here him saying sorry about  something but you don't know why this is kind of why your wondering why he sorry & what for.

Dislikes : i wouldn't believe the hype about this film oh god this film was complete slow it made life of pi bad for it, the film drag on so slow you wonder when is this film going to end.
Don't get me wrong Redford is a good actor he play this role well, but its a let down on writing & script of this film, there was no direction what so ever other than he was running away from he family & gets in to trouble when he boat hit a containing in the middle of the Indian ocean.
To make thing worst a storm sink he boat leave in a drift in a life raft, its like this for the whole film with no dialog or plot line this is why this film would have been better as short film rather that a full length feature film.

Overall : No pace very slow film, Redford dose a good job but this film is a disappointment.

Rating: 3.1 out of 5 for entertainment / 4.6 out of 10 for story- line

Story: During the last two years of her life, Princess Diana embarks on a final rite of passage: a secret love affair with Pakistani heart surgeon Hasnat Khan.

Likes : This film is very controversial in the way of Diana private life after charlies, despite the critic say this film portray her in a bad way i don't think it really did, i think it show a really person going through allot in life being a princess & also having to deal with the media crap.
If any thing this portrayed the media as being what they are disrespectful news hounding people they are making up crap to sell a story for this very reason people shouldn't listen to the media because their full of sh*t.
I can see why some people may think this film portray her in the wrong way by having a secret romance with Hasnat Khan  played brilliantly by Naveen Andrews which i think is done to racism because at the end of the day everyone deserve love even if your a princess, you cant spend the rest of your life alone, beside charlie moved on so why couldn't Diana.
One thing this film did do is show her life work helping people with the land mines & other charity,  it why everyone loved her for her generosity i think Naomi Watts played Diana beautifully with a brilliant performance.
All those this film is a mellow dramatic drama its not really going to be for everyone unless your a Diana fan, it basically her life story after charlie clearly lending up to de l'Alma in Paris, near the entrance to the tunnel where the Princess of Wales died in a car accident in 1997, which to this day i think was murder but without prove you have no evidence, personally i think some one in the royal family had a hand it it but these are conspiracy.

Dislikes : It not really my type of film, but it was watchable, but the pace of the film was a little to slow for me i think it could of been a little be faster in pace.

Overall : A little slow, watchable, very controversial

Rating: 3.4 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.4 out of 10 for story/ life proprietorial of Diana

Film Review: Devil's Due

Genre:  Horror.   Warning this film contains extremely disturbing scene's

Cert: this was a 15, this should of been an 18 cert due to the level of extreme disturbing scene that was R-rated.

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Brief scene of a woman take off a towel revealing a breast's  for a brief second not sen clear as camera was at a distance.

Violence & Gore: The are scene in this film that show extreme bloody gore moments they maybe disturbing some viewers, animal seen being cut open & eaten, priest nose starts to bleed extremely.

Profanity:  Few f words mild to strong language throw here & there

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: party scene where every one is drinking

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Mostly towards the end of the film, there is a scene that is extremely disturbing moment that may upset & disturbing some viewers.. Very R-rated scene highly disturbing.

Story: After a mysterious, lost night on their honeymoon, a newlywed couple finds themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy. While recording everything for posterity, the husband begins to notice odd behavior in his wife that they initially write off to nerves, but, as the months pass, it becomes evident that the dark changes to her body and mind have a much more sinister origin.

Likes : From the trailer this film has promise, but fall short of being a brilliant horror film due to the subplot of the film which is very weak. The pace is a little to slow you start to feel yourself drift from the film.&
the acting is pretty well done to show a believable scene of a loving couple being happy together until all the strange things start happen some of it is extremely disturbing at time's.
Although this film isn't really scary as most horror film of this genre can be this is very disturbing  in a physiologically way , its one of those film that get in to you head but its not scary creep you out type of film although it has moment that make you jump at silly moments rather than horror moments.
The movie takes place mostly in a nursery with only four characters there along with two hooded wardens. As such, there was a lot resting on the shoulders of these four, and ultimately they didn't really manage to pull it off. It wasn't because of their particular performance, but because the movie was suffering from a bad script and story line.
However, compared to the Japanese movie in the same genre, "Baby's Curse", & immortal classic, ROSEMARY'S BABY,  "Devil's Due" fared much better than these two film's.but these movies aren't particularly memorable or noteworthy, iver really. As said it start off pretty well but as i said the story is very weak in the direction of the film, i found the scene to be a little long for the film's story with the pace of the film its a big let down as it start to get predictable its nothing special that we haven't seen before & i think its this is why people are getting fed up with Found footage film's because there isn't anything surprising or hasn't been done before.
All in all its not a bad film but its not a great film, it just could have been better, not that the actor's done a good job, it failed due to the writers of the film giving it weak & poor story-line with not plot other than a anti-Christ being born. This is one film you should just wait for the DVD instead of wasting money at the cinema.

Dislikes : Like i said the story-line & sub plot of this film was so weak it had no direction from start to finish, the way it ended you don't get any closure as it just ending after a disturbing scene & we see another couple that it credit roles, it leave you think you want more & a better closure to the film.

Overall : Weak plot & story-line, dose have some disturbing scene but this should of been a straight to DVD film.

Rating: 3 out of 5 for entertainment / 5 out of 10 for story-line / horror

Film Review: Last Vegas

Genre:  Comedy

Cert: 12A

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Frequent talk of sex
The guys judge a bikini contest, hosted by LMFAO, who judge women on their sex appeal. Then, when Redfoo comes up to one of the guys, he takes off his pants and shakes his crotch in front of the guy's face.
A man's wife gives him a condom, a viagra pill and permission to cheat, resulting him hitting on multiple women, one of them turning out to be trans-gender.
A woman zips off her top (no frontal nudity) in front of a man, as he tries to get a viagra pill, he is seduced by the woman. As they are about to have sex, the man decides against having sex and the woman leaves. As she leaves, he mentions of a "blow job."

Violence & Gore: none.

Profanity:  1 f-word, other mild profanities throughout. Sexual dialogue is heard.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Characters drink alcohol at bars. Brief mention of drugs, everyone drinking at a party.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  None.

Story: Billy (Michael Douglas), Paddy (Robert De Niro), Archie (Morgan Freeman) and Sam (Kevin Kline) have been best friends since childhood. So when Billy, the group's sworn bachelor, finally proposes to his thirty-something (of course) girlfriend, the four head to Las Vegas with a plan to stop acting their age and relive their glory days. However, upon arriving, the four quickly realize that the decades have transformed Sin City and tested their friendship in ways they never imagined. The Rat Pack may have once played the Sands and Cirque du Soleil may now rule the Strip, but it's these four who are taking over Vegas.

Likes : This film is what it is a brilliant film, it not going to win an Oscar or be a number one film but this is what Hangover should of been, its seriously funny, heart-warming & show just because you are old you can still enjoy life & party like the old day's.
Legend's in there own right Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman  Kevin Kline bring the most hilarious film ever as after 60 years of friendship they can still part like animal's & get in to all sort of mayhem, its so refreshing and funny together, they really played off of each other well and because of that the film moved along at a great pace you don't get board watching it.
This film is a representation on what friendship is no matter what life has throw at you, no matter how many time you have fall out, loyalty is what keeps friendship's for years by being there for each other,i love this film because its a fun film to watch.
It the type of film that goes from middle age Crisis to a wild fun time to a heart warm moment type of film that kind of dose make you think of life in a way, as getting old you start to reflect on life & everything you've done, if you not with that one person that you true love or with loyal friends its hard getting old because that all you think about this really show's in this film with Michael Douglas character which was brilliant performed, it Also hard when you loss a wife after 30 good years of marriage which was brilliantly performed by Robert De Nio character.
I don't know what was more funny Kevin Kline acting like a sugar daddy or Morgan Freeman dancing classic scene in this film that just make this film brilliant. This is one film you should seriously watch because this was better that hangover by miles its a must to watch.

Dislikes : Nothing wrong with this film.

Overall : Completely funny, Heart-warming, life reflecting a must to watch.

Rating:  5 out of 5 for entertainment / 10 out of 10 for story-line & comedy

Story: Captain Phillips is a multi-layered examination of the 2009 hijacking of the U.S. container ship Maersk Alabama by a crew of Somali pirates. It is - through director Paul Greengrass's distinctive lens - simultaneously a pulse-pounding thriller, and a complex portrait of the myriad effects of globalization. The film focuses on the relationship between the Alabama's commanding officer, Captain Richard Phillips (two time Academy Award®-winner Tom Hanks), and the Somali pirate captain, Muse (Barkhad Abdi), who takes him hostage. Phillips and Muse are set on an unstoppable collision course when Muse and his crew target Phillips' unarmed ship; in the ensuing standoff, 145 miles off the Somali coast, both men will find themselves at the mercy of forces beyond their control.

Likes : "Captain Phillips" is the Hollywood retelling of the true-to-life 2009 harrowing story of an American container vessel Maersk Alabama (with Captain Richard Phillips at the helm) being held hostage by Somali pirates. The screenplay by Billy Ray was based on the novel "A Captain's Duty: Somali Pirates, Navy Seals, and Dangerous Days at Sea" written by Captain Richard Phillips himself.
Now alot of people have put this film down just because of Ive U.S propaganda, shakiness of some of the camera work filming this which is understandable since it filmed at sea,It cant be a little slow but if you look at this film through acting & performance this is why Tom Hanks is a fantastic actor.
He's performance in this film brought a believable character that you  feel for at the end of the film on what he was put through to stay alive. The four Somali-American first-time actors playing the pirates are a very realistic bunch. They play with wild-eyed and feral intensity, really scary. Barkhad Abdi plays their skinny foolhardy leader Muse, engaging Phillips in a deadly chess game, toe-to-toe. Faysal Ahmed plays the hot-headed Najee, who was the loose cannon of the group. Barkhad Abdirahman plays the young recruit Bilal, getting himself a baptism of fire on his first time out.
Good thing about this film is that kept it real to a real situation like this which make this film very intense & frightening at time, but the over whelming emotion you get from Tom performance as captain Phillip's when he's rescued bring you to tears, because really show a person that was in shock & happy to be alive, that is what make these scene very powerful & emotion which make for a great film of this type of genre.
What most people don't understand or wish to care is this happens ever day on the coast of Somali, which we don't here about on the news much unless there has been a kidnapping, Problem is you kind of feel for the Somalia being the way it is,but i find that greed has taken over they have resulting in piracy instead of asking for real help but this is the way the world has become violent, weak minded & controlled by fear, greed & corruption.
I will say those this may not be for every one but its a very powerful, intense & some what emotion story of a true event in captain Richard Phillip's life as a sea men, i will admit some of the camera work could of been a little better but this wasn't a bad film to watch. If you a Tom Hanks fan this film is a good film to watch, Overall, this is a different sort of adventure drama, with a topic not too commonly tackled in a mainstream film. We hear of these events on the news, but this film brings us right in the middle of one. We will feel the tension building as the pirates were approaching. We will feel the fear when the pirates were on board. We will feel the desperation and the frustration of being trapped in the middle of the open ocean with no help immediately forthcoming. If you are up for such a realistic experience, then this film is for you.

Dislikes : Just some of the cinematography could of been better done it can be a little to shaky at time its hard to focus on whats going on with your eye when the camera is shaking.

Overall : Intense, emotion & powerful true life story of captain Phillips that will make your heart bound

Rating: 4.5 out of 5 for entertainment / 9 out of 10 for realistic story & acting

Film Review Grudge Match

Genre:  Comedy  Sport

Cert: 12A

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Some crude jokes involving the slang term B.J., the actual word is not said.
Some other brief crude jokes, but no sexual language, the worst said is banging and screwing.
A older man and woman exit a bar, and they both get into the back seat of a car, the scene cuts to a man knocking at the window, the man stands up wearing boxer shorts, the woman's shoulders are seen.

Violence & Gore: It's a boxing movie, more intense than Rocky. There are some boxing fights along the way to the Grudge Match, usually bloodless. At the actual Grudge Match is when it gets intense, with the two boxers relentlessly hitting each other and bloodied faces

Profanity:  1 use of the F-word, and 3 possible bleeped uses (we see the lips forming the F).Pretty frequent use of "shit" and "asshole", "hell", "goddamn" heard rarely.
There are many racist jokes mainly towards white people and black people.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: alcohol is seen being drunk at a bar

Frightening/Intense Scenes: none

Story: A pair of ageing boxing rivals are coaxed out of retirement to fight one final bout -- 30 years after their last match.which end up not only a grudge match in the ring but out of the ring as well.

Likes : I don't know if i should take this film seriously or laugh because this certainly is one film that has the both the serious tone & makes you laugh with the quick one-liner piss taking banter which really dose make you laugh. This film is like watching rocky vs raging bull which is good for boxing film fan as this film is pretty realistic it hold no punches in the ring.
Even tho Stallone & Robert de niro are looking there age now they have proven no matter how old you are they ca still go a few round in the boxing ring. What funny with these two ageing boxing is when they start throwing insult at each other it start in a big fight it like watch a campus fight with two students, you get what i mean when a fight breaks out the camera come out it go on you tube & through the film its mostly like this which is seriously funny with Kevin Hart it just makes it even more funnier.
The same goes for a funny Alan Arkin as Stallone's trainer who also plays the same type of character that he always does. So there's nothing truly unique about the movie, but it doesn't take itself too seriously and that's kind of a good thing. It focuses on the funny for the most part, but also adds some depth to the characters when it shows the struggles they're having in their personal lives.
Alot of people will probably say this film is going to be a bad but its surprisingly a great film to watch it has the funny moment as a well balance serious tone that make this a pretty well made film that's well written congrats to the Director: Peter Segal for making a good film. This is a worth while film to watch you wont be disappointed if your a Niro or Stallone fan because this is a great afternoon film.

Dislikes : The jokes were Little lame at times but the all that was bad about this film really.

Overall : Great balance between comedy & seriousness, funny banter & good boxing fight.

Rating: 4.7 out of 5 for entertainment / 8.1 out of 10 for story-line & funny moments

When Anna is leading a blindfolded Kristoff, he runs into a pole.

Profanity:  Mild Humor

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Serving of alcohol (champagne?)

Elsa creates a giant snow monster that may appear frightening to some small children. Some children were heard to scream and howl with sobs in the movie theatre.

Story: Anna, a fearless optimist, sets off on an epic journey - teaming up with rugged mountain man Kristoff
and his loyal reindeer Sven - to find her sister Elsa, whose icy powers have trapped the kingdom of Arendelle in eternal winter. Encountering Everest-like conditions, mystical trolls and a hilarious snowman named Olaf, Anna and Kristoff battle the elements in a race to save the kingdom. From the outside Anna's sister, Elsa looks poised, regal and reserved, but in reality, she lives in fear as she wrestles with a mighty secret-she was born with the power to create ice and snow. It's a beautiful ability, but also extremely dangerous. Haunted by the moment her magic nearly killed her younger sister Anna, Elsa has isolated herself, spending every waking minute trying to suppress her growing powers. Her mounting emotions trigger the magic, accidentally setting off an eternal winter that she can't stop. She fears she's becoming a monster and that no one, not even her sister, can help her.

Story: In The Wolf of Wall Street DiCaprio plays Belfort, a Long Island penny stockbroker who served 36 months in prison for defrauding investors in a massive 1990s securities scam that involved widespread corruption on Wall Street and in the corporate banking world, including shoe designer Steve Madden

Likes : Martin Scorsese is one of the best director in the world, this is one of his film's that contains a lot of adult theme content, based on a true story where its easy to become corrupt with power & money.Coning people to make money & get rich fast which goes against ever law in the state, is why this man ended up in prison with a few other men that worked in wall street proving you can escape the law of the F.B.I because they will catch you out sometime down the line.
I'm not much of a Leonardo DiCaprio fan but he's performance in film is spot on, special with this film as he plays Jordan Belfort , Jordan Belfort is the son of Max and Leah Belfort of New York. In 1989, he and Daniel Porush founded the now defunct brokerage firm Stratton Oakmont which became the largest OTC firm in the United States at that time. Jordan and his business partner were charged with 10 counts of securities fraud and money laundering for the stock manipulation of at least 25 companies that Stratton had underwritten.
After serving approximately 22 months in prison he was also ordered to return $100 million to former clients. He reportedly had been earning upwards to $50 million a year during his later years before the Department of Justice in the United States shut his operation down.
Some of this film you kind of find yourself straying a little as it dose get a bit boring at time, but the funny moment's really dose make you laugh special some scene there so ridiculous you can help but laugh i bet the stars film on set couldn't stop laughing after film that scene because Ive never laugh so hard it was to funny.
There is a lot adult content as i said most of it is a gay concept & naked woman, with alot of drug's & alcohol use which is pretty strong in this film but that to be expected in this type of film being rich & powerful.
All in all this wasn't a bad film to watch as i said its has its laughable moment's to dam right stupid moments but as a true story i think they told a pretty true story of the life of Jordan Belfort down to every detail of what he did. This is pretty well scripted with some brilliant performance from all the stars in this film f you a Leonardo DiCaprio fan your like this film.

Dislikes : The slight slow moment can make you kind of stray from the film a bit, i don't like the female abuse because you don't hit woman full stop, i didn't like those scenes, apart from that this isn't a bad film.

Overall : Adult theme's, drug's, drinking. naked woman, funny moments, not a bad film

Rating: 4.6 out of 5 for entertainment / 7.5 out of 10 for story-line of a true story
