Sex & Nudity: A woman's butt is seen towards the end (very brief) The scene cuts off before anything happens

Violence & Gore: Contains strong bloody violence
- A lot of bloody comic-book-style violence. - Many heads explode (they blow up like fireworks) - A man is chopped in half, not seen in detail, brief but some viewers may find the scene disturbing - A lot of fighting, people are shot in the head and impaled - Though strong, the violence does not dwell on injury or suffering.

Profanity: Contains strong language - Many uses of f*ck

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: drink is seen at a party , some of the main character drink in a pub & in office.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Official MPAA Rating: Rated R for sequences of strong violence, language and some sexual content

Story: Based upon the acclaimed comic book and directed by Matthew Vaughn, Kingsman: The Secret Service tells the story of a super-secret spy organization that recruits an unrefined but promising street kid into the agency's ultra-competitive training program just as a global threat emerges from a twisted tech genius.

Likes : This is a movie that a perfect example of using spoof comedy & action together when it done right, uses the typical mentor/apprentice concept with a very modern English twist on it. Although this is very different from Kick-ass (story wise) Matthew Vaughn does use his personalized style of stylized violence and epic explosive scenes with a comic book style violence perfect.
From watching the film it was very clear that this movie was made by the director of Kick ass. Similarly to Kick ass this movie takes a realistic look at an idea and puts it in a comical action movie which works extremely well to keep the film not only funny as hell but entertaining with the comic book style action although there was a slight racist comment made in the film i think its easy to miss, i would say they got away with that.
This is just a class film, Taron Egerton playing the run of the mill jack the lad getting in to trouble because of his step father, who one of the thug boss's, gets him self in to heat, but get a chance to save his life by stepping in to his fathers shoes, he play this role brilliant with a what you would call a foul month teenage transaction to a lethal fighting spie, he has a lot of funny moment in this film.
Colin Firth normal play the stereo type stiff upper lip Englishman but i was pleased to see him play this type of role with a funny side, he really kick ass in this film, special the pub scene as it will have the audience laughing their heads off  while at the same time in shock with your mouth open thinking Holy sh*t.Just an outstanding performance to shake off the stereo typing roles he normal plays.
Mark Strong awesome actor although some of his scene were short in this film, he manages to pull off the funny side moments as well which just made this so much better.Samuel L. Jackson performance brilliant as always playing the bond type villain which was funny as hell with a ghetto concept character which worked, this just show how good Samuel L. Jackson is as an actor.
Sofia Boutella was world class as Gazelle, which was a good nick name for her having two steel feet with blades, which reminds me of Oddjob from gold finger type henchmen but in this class Hench woman.
If i was to describe this movie as a whole, i would definitely say this is a funny as hell, brilliant James bond type spoof movie that is very entertaining & funny with great action & comic style violence to not show to much blood in the film than it already has but this is a film worth checking out.

Dislikes : just the slight racist comment which i think could of done without
 but the reset is good.

Overall : Brilliant Comedy, Perfect blend of action & comic book style violence, perfect acting.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 10 out of 10 for concept (spoof action comedy).

Story: In the aftermath of Justice League: War, the world is at peace or so it seems. When Atlantis attacks the Metropolis for the death of their king. But the Queen has different plans and requires the Justice League to find her lost son. But while they search for him, Atlantian troops; lead by Ocean Master, continue their assault. Who will win?

Likes : Justice League: Throne of Atlantis, directed by Ethan Spaulding, written by Heath Corson as well as Geoff Johnson was an exciting and entertaining animated film. Though Aqua-man has made many appearances in the Justice League Animated Series, this was the first time he stared in his own animated feature film that shows his origins.
Set not so long after the first film justice league war when dark seid attacked the city when these hero didn't really know each other that well, this is set just after these events showing the origin story of Arthur curry aka aqua man before he became king of Atlantis, there is a lot of Shakespearian twists in this sequel animation film which add a bit of flare to the story-line.
Unlike most Warner Bros DC Animated Films, Justice League: Throne of Atlantis focuses more on a monarchic power struggle which was quite refreshing as it had a classical approach of a future king of Atlantis who dosent know who he is until he is force to discover that he has a whole new life & destiny before him. Be that as it may, there were still plenty of realistic action scenes as Arthur Curry along with the flash ,green lantern, wonder woman, cyborg ,shazam, batman & superman fight an abundance of foes which is alway great for these animated feature films. Furthermore, the animation was absolutely brilliant like the justice league war film was, While some might complain about the level of graphic violence this is a DC film after all not marvel lol , I personally believe this level of carnage creates a convincing atmosphere which has made DC animated films more enjoyable to watch. This is totally worth checking out if you were a fan of the first film justice league war, you wont be disappointed with this one.

Dislikes : Nothing wrong with this film

Overall : Brilliant animation film, brilliant story-line to follow the first worst checking out if your a fan

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 8.8 out of 10 for origin story of aqua-man

But when Caleb arrives at the remote location he finds that he will have to participate in a strange and fascinating experiment in which he must interact with the world's first true artificial intelligence, housed in the body of a beautiful robot girl.

Likes : First of all i wasn't overly impressed in this film, but the concept of this sci-fi drama was well presented & the story-line was very very clear, can i say it was predictable yes in places just from what was happening Alicia Vikander was just brilliant as the A.I machine, which has a slight but cold personality as though the film you start to see patterns emerge in her question, dose reveal why build a A.I you have to be aware if it an A.I talking or just a machine which is very clever i this film.
Oscar Isaac performance in this film was good portraying a sociopathic investor with a slight dark side but not in psychotic way just in a obsessive way which really come across on screen.
Domhnall Gleeson performance as well brilliantly done, playing a young man that a bit lonely, who get invited to speak with Nathan (Isaac) who built the AI, things start off seemly normal as these too speak but then you start to notice that things start to take on a very dark manner wit a twisted concept.
The special effect of the A.I is truly awesome showing realism in a robotic world, if i was to compare this to the other film the machine sadly the machine would be better concept not that this was a bad film it had its flaws. The mechanic of A.I concept is brilliant told i the story so it had that going for but so thing were missing for me to say this to say this film was a top 10 out of 10 film.

Dislikes : The story, concept & special effect & acting were good, but sadly the one thing that lets this film down is its pace, its was at a snails pace which puts the audience to sleep special when you haven't got much going on, you start to loss interest in it, this was the one thing really that lets this film, i think if it have a bit more going on & with a bit more pace i would say ya it a 10 out of 10 film but sadly i cant give that because of the pace alone concept was good pace was poor.

Overall : great concept, brilliant acting, brilliant special effect just let down by pace.

Rating: 4.1 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.4 out of 10 for concept's pace

Film Review: The Remaining

Genre: Horror  Thriller

Cert: 15 Cert

Director: Casey La Scala

Screen writer: Casey La Scala  (screenplay) and Chris Dowling  (screenplay)
Casey La Scala  (story)

Starring: Johnny Pacar , Shaun Sipos , Bryan Dechart , Alexa PenaVega , Italia Ricci , Liz E. Morgan , John Pyper-Ferguson , Kim Pacheco , Hayley Lovitt , Erin Murphy , Jennifer Brown Andersen , Rochelle Aycoth , Kurt Barner , Shannon Blackledge , Allen Crowell

Running time: 88 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Woman in short dress at a wedding with low tops.Couple kissing

Violence & Gore: The is a rapture concept so expect allot of violent nasty scenes that may be disturbing

Profanity: Strong language through out

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Drink is seen at the wedding drinking wine

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Most scene are highly disturbing some some viewers be advised this is not a nice film this is based on a rapture concept so expect a very dark disturbing scenes.

Story: A supernatural thriller that addresses questions of life, love and belief against an apocalyptic backdrop. A group of close friends gather for a wedding, but the celebration is shattered by a series of cataclysmic events and enemies foretold by biblical end-times prophecies. The survivors face a horrifying, uncertain future as they scramble for safety, but as their world collapses around them in chaos and terror will they choose real life through faith, or just try to survive?

Likes : Alot of people special Christian faith would think that the rapture is all about not believe in god though that are take believe in god those that don't are left behind ,well from what ive seen this is wrong, because there is a hidden message which most people would miss, you have to read between the lines, its not about believing in god, its having true love in your heart, its about caring for each other, help each other this is the true purpose in life.
Those that are take have true love in their heart because they are their for others because the true name of god is love, if you have no love or haven't true love in your heart your are left behind to be forsaken to torment.
This is what this film perfectly portrays on screen those that have been left behind have done selfish acts & not doing thing for others it not about religion its about love & caring for one other. Now this film start off with a happy scene of a couple on their wedding day thing seem fine until the film starts to take on this very dark sinister tone as chaos start to happen.
While this was still very much a B-movie, writer/director Casey La Scala did well in telling the story at a fast clip. The atmosphere of suspense and tension were effectively developed to really frighten the audience. The special visual effects were pretty good considering this was film with no name actors to speak of. this film dose very well at not blatantly show those supernatural beings which snatched people off to the sky which keep the suspense & atmosphere dark which works for the film. The film its self focuses on a group of friends making their way through the aftermath of the Biblical Rapture trying to find shelter when they are attacked by some supernatural demon like creature .
For those who somehow haven't been exposed to the "Left Behind" movies which was the worst film's to portray this concept either by seeing or hearing about them, the Rapture is a worldwide event talked about in the Book of Revelation where Christians are suddenly taken up to Heaven when Jesus Christ returns and seven years of horrific Tribulation begin yet this version show the darker side of thing to come for those left behind. This may not be a film for everyone, maybe a one time watch but it worth check out if you like dark concept story's.

Dislikes : Just the ending really, i think the ending could have been done better because it just leaves you to your imagination there is no closure like there should be a squeal to it.

Overall : very dark & suspenseful, some disturbing scenes, great special effects.

Rating: 4.8 out of 5 for entertainment / 7.1 out of 10 for concept / suspense

Profanity:  17 F bombs.

Later some men wanting his car break in and beat him up and kill his dog. When he recovers, he sets to get the ones who killed his dog. He learns that the leader is the son of his former employer. And the man wanting to protect his son, tries to take care of Wick but he's still as good as he was

Likes : I really don't see why this film has got some bad review but i can see that the plot is pretty avenge although pretty action pact. When it come to Keanu Reeves film's not alot of people like his films as they can become a little to avenge & not enough excitement but with this film's story-line its not a bad film. The plot is pretty simple where Keanu reeves plays a former hit-man john wick they call the bogeyman a very dangerous person who had retired until one stupid event from a mobster son cause's a series of event to become out of control this is where this film take on this non-stop action of revenge this give this film its edge.
This is EXACTLY what you want out of an action film. It is briskly paced, brilliantly shot and meticulously choreographed and keeps you wanting more and more. The supporting cast filled with the likes of John Legiuzamo, Ian McShane, and Willen Dafoe also keeps this film interesting
along with Adrianne Palicki who seem to be play a assassin for hire play a brief cameo role with an interesting twist, although some scene at the begin will upset you as it dose contain a very upsetting scene, but as the film progress this film start to take on a very gritty dark tone.
If your in to he avenge action film's this is a film i recommend, but i wouldn't expect this film to be all that amazing as the plot of this film is pretty average but the fight scene are well choreographed to keep the flow of the film as a stead pace.

Dislikes : The plot could have been a little better but it not a bad film.

Overall : Geat action scene, average plot, not bad acting. simple revenge film

Rating: 4.5 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.4 out of 10 for concept.

Alcohol/Drugs/SmokingHistorical tobacco and alcohol use are depicted throughout.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: The last scene of the movie involves the main character suffering from the effects of chemical castration . It can be disturbing and emotional to watch.

Story: Based on the real life story of legendary cryptanalyst Alan Turing, the film portrays the nail-biting race against time by Turing and his brilliant team of code-breakers at Britain's top-secret Government Code and Cypher School at Bletchley Park, during the darkest days of World War II.

Likes : This biopic of the extraordinary and tragic mathematician and inventor of the digital computer that we have today sitting in you living room or pc lap top you work on is because of Alan Turing,  Alan Turing, played by Benedict Cumberbatch, is emotionally engaging and utterly endearing. With a slick exquisite script and an eclectic ensemble strong enough to deliver, it's an accessible film that although may feel familiar, is thoroughly refreshing, bringing laughter, tears and thrills truly say this is one of Benedict best performances to-date along with co-stars Keira Knightley, Mark Strong & a few other to bring a true story that is not only heart breaking at the way poeple were treated if they were homosexual during the second world but the struggle to crack a code that everyone said was impossible, but thank to the genius that was Alan Turning who sadly took his life because of the British government treating him like a leper making him take hormones treat to reverse being gay he took his own life in 1954, 16 days before his 42nd birthday which really made me angry that this world would make a man take their own life over being different.
This truly is a master piece of a film show the back ground on what it took & the hard work to stop the Germans from winning a war this film really show this thanks to Turing she had shorten the war by two years & save over 14 million people though his own genius that is what he should be remember for not some stupid b**llsh*t prudish about him being gay was wrong, because it not right that any one should be prosecute for who they are i think that law was way out of order, this truly is a film to watch..

Alan Mathison Turing, 23 June 1912 / 7 June 1954) was a British mathematician, logician, cryptanalyst, philosopher, pioneering computer scientist, mathematical biologist, and marathon and ultra distance runner. He was highly influential in the development of computer science, providing a formalisation of the concepts of "algorithm" and "computation" with the Turing machine, which can be considered a model of a general purpose computer. Turing is widely considered to be the father of theoretical computer science and artificial intelligence.

During World War II, Turing worked for the Government Code and Cypher School (GC&CS) at Bletchley Park, Britain's codebreaking centre. For a time he led Hut 8, the section responsible for German naval cryptanalysis. He devised a number of techniques for breaking German ciphers, including improvements to the pre-war Polish bombe method, an electromechanical machine that could find settings for the Enigma machine. Winston Churchill said that Turing made the single biggest contribution to Allied victory in the war against Nazi Germany. Turing's pivotal role in cracking intercepted coded messages enabled the Allies to defeat the Nazis in several crucial battles. It has been estimated that Turing's work shortened the war in Europe by as many as two to four years.

After the war, he worked at the National Physical Laboratory, where he designed the ACE, among the first designs for a stored-program computer. In 1948 Turing joined Max Newman's Computing Laboratory at Manchester University, where he assisted development of the Manchester computers and became interested in mathematical biology. He wrote a paper on the chemical basis of morphogenesis, and predicted oscillating chemical reactions such as the BelousovZhabotinsky reaction, first observed in the 1960s.

Turing was prosecuted in 1952 for homosexual acts, when such behaviour was still criminalised in the UK. He accepted treatment with oestrogen injections (chemical castration) as an alternative to prison. Turing died in 1954, 16 days before his 42nd birthday, from cyanide poisoning. An inquest determined his death a suicide; his mother and some others believed it was accidental. On 10 September 2009, following an Internet campaign, British Prime Minister Gordon Brown made an official public apology on behalf of the British government for "the appalling way he was treated." The Queen granted him a posthumous pardon on 24 December 2013

Dislikes : The pace of the film is slightly slow but it was just bearable to watch the film as it dose keep you gripped.

Overall : Great story telling, Emotional & gripping, story based on a true man that crack the code.

Rating: 4.6 out of 5 for entertainment / 8.9 out of 10 for true story

When a devastating event befalls the city of San Fransokyo and catapults Hiro into the midst of danger, he turns to Baymax and his close friends adrenaline junkie Go Go Tomago, neatnik Wasabi, chemistry whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred. Determined to uncover the mystery, Hiro transforms his friends into a band of high-tech heroes called "Big Hero 6."

Likes : Wow got to hand it to directors Don Hall, Chris Williams they know how to make a animated film make you laugh but also put you in tears, which is a rare thing when it comes to animated film to put you in tears. Back in 2009, Disney when in to business with Marvel Comics for four billion dollars. Shocking and surprising the world, many fans of both sides were curious but on the fence to weather Disney would make an animation film based on a group of characters from the comics & do them justice as Disney only knew how to make fluffy cartoon story's .
Three years later, Director Don Hall approached John Lasseter on making this film with Marvel Characters and found the Big Hero 6, comic book series that even the most well known of comics didn't know who they were. In fact they were so obscure that Marvel themselves even forgot that they had created these characters. So Marvel gave Disney the liberty to change the characters so that they could be seen as a Disney Animation Film i will say this film's result's are simply refreshing.
This is the type of film that is fun for all the family that really stretch the imagination & inspires kids to create, this film is filled with funny moment that will make you laugh but also make you cry as you come to love the characters it just such a brilliant well made animated film that is a across between incredible's & revenges of of the nerds in animated form.
Baymax (Scott Adsit), the inflatable huggable healthcare companion for Hiro (Ryan Potter) was, for me, the best part of the movie they really made this film for what it is & funny action pact animated film. Baymax brings laughs in almost every scene he is in, has a lot of action scenes and you end up just loving the character.
The animation & score for the film are brilliant to set the tone, this by far is one of the best Disney animated film they have done in a long time, this is a film i highly recommend for the family & friends to watch, its was a surprise to see Stan lee as an animated character as well, i just love how epic the story is & well written to really pull on your emotions

Dislikes : Nothing wrong with this film.

Overall : Great family entertainment, Funny & emotional story, great characters

Film Review: Into The Woods

Genre:  Adventure Comedy Fantasy

Cert: PG

Director: Rob Marshall

Screen writer: James Lapine (screenplay) James Lapine (musical) & Stephen Sondheim  (musical)

Starring: Anna Kendrick , Daniel Huttlestone , James Corden , Emily Blunt , Christine Baranski , Tammy Blanchard , Lucy Punch , Tracey Ullman , Lilla Crawford , Meryl Streep , Simon Russell Beale , Joanna Riding , Johnny Depp , Billy Magnussen ,Mackenzie Mauzy ,Chris Pine, Richard Glover ,Frances de la Tour

Running time: 125 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & NudityThe Baker's Wife and Cinderella's Prince kiss, after which the Baker's Wife seriously regrets her actions. The Prince, however, is unapologetic in a later very serious conversation with his wife.

There is some talk about infertility brought about by a curse which could bring up some conversations with some smaller children.

When the curse on the Witch is reversed, she's very happy to get her womanly figure back.

During the "Agony" sequence, the two princes bare their chests.

Some kisses.

The interaction between The Wolf and Little Red is played as a metaphor for child molestation. This is driven home in a moment when the The Wolf opens his coat to reveal it is lined with candy, playing on the trope of kidnappers luring a child with sweets.

Violence & Gore: There are multiple acts of thievery, murder/manslaughter, accidental death, poking human eyes out, amputation, kidnapping, elder abuse and child neglect.

The film is very dark and, at times, violent. It should be noted, though, that most of the violence is macabre and largely played for laughs.

Jack's mother, while not outright abusive, does tend to slap her child around during the prologue. Jack seems to be brain-addled, and we're slightly led to wonder if the mother's "abuse" is to blame.

Red Riding Hood is seemingly stalked and (later) eaten by The Wolf. Later, the Wolf is cut open with a knife (off-screen) and Red Riding Hood and her grandmother walk out, unscathed, but severely grossed out. Later in the film, emboldened by surviving her experience, Red becomes (for lack of a better word) trigger-happy, brandishing a knife and threatening to cut Jack open if he comes any closer.

When the Prince is out looking for Cinderella via the slipper, he stops by Cinderella's house. There, the Evil Stepmother cuts off sections of the two stepsisters' feet so the shoe would fit. It is again played for comic effect, but you see the Stepmother making a strained cutting motion and the stepsisters crying out in agony. Later, when they are both passed off as the right girl, they are wincing walking in the slipper, and the slipper drips blood.

When Cinderella is discovered as the girl for the Prince, as they ride off together, a flock of birds swarm the evil stepsisters and blind them. They are later shown walking around with canes and sunglasses.

When the Witch comes home to find Rapunzel with The Other Prince (seemingly in a tryst), she casts out the Prince and casts a spell that causes thorns to prick out the Prince's eyes (offscreen). She then (rather menacingly) turns her anger on Rapunzel slamming doors, yelling at her (in song), and

Later, as Rapunzel walks the wild, she finds her Prince with a cloth over his eyes. She removes the cloth and we see bloody scars around his eyes. She cries over his eyes and they are healed.

The latter half contains violence not played for laughs. A giant attacks the land and ravages buildings and forests. During a heated debate, Jack's mother

Later, after , the Baker's Wife,

The Witch and Rapunzel have another heated yelling and screaming fight. This is more real-feeling as it is not done through song.

In the final battle between the fairy tale characters and the giant, there is some minor violence as they conquer the giant.

It's also worth mentioning that the Witch's transformations (there are two, plus one mostly played-out offscreen) are very intense and they move her in violent ways.

Profanity: None. There is some extremely slight sexual innuendo.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking:None

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Many scenes are emotionally and visually intense. See the above "Violence" section for intensity related to violence.

Story:Into the Woods is a modern twist on the beloved Brothers Grimm fairy tales in a musical format that follows the classic tales of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk, and Rapunzel-all tied together by an original story involving a baker and his wife, their wish to begin a family and their interaction with the witch who has put a curse on them.

Likes : Wow this film has got so many bad reviews but i don't think they realize this was a play on a stage first which has been adapted for the big screen. This isn't some animated bubble gum pop Disney movie so i wouldn't expect some magical fairy-tale story as this film is pretty dark with no happy endings.
Some of the singing is questionable at time special from Chris pine i think his sing need a bit a work but far play to him singing, Emily Blunt wow i could listen to her sing all day not only a talented actress but a brilliant singer as well, Johnny depp although with only a small cameo role as the wolf brilliant as always playing the weird characters.
These are some incredible thought provoking songs that are pretty dark at time. The lyrics are so witty and poignant and driving story and character forward. The song where Cinderella played by Anna Kendrick brilliant performance talks herself through her predicament when she's running from the prince was like an incredible Shakespearean monologue, as was Emily Blunt's song in the later part. She has a line I looked up where she says "If life were made of moments, even now and then a bad one but if life were only moments then you'd never know you had one" that's genius!
For a musical this wasn't a bad film it just not going to be for everyone as everyone was expecting it to be the fairy-tale happy ending story that leaves you with a warm heart instead it leaves you with a sad heart & crying because of the concept is so dark & bleak so this is going to be a love or hate film.

Dislikes : Its an interesting take of the fairy-tale story's i know everything dosent have to be happy but seriously they could of put a little happiest in this film as it was a little depressing at time.

Overall : Few Good musical number, great acting, just don't expect a happy ending

Rating: 4.7 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.4 out of 10 for the concept / music

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: couple kissing

Violence & Gore: Most of the scene are based of war so some scene maybe very graphic though out the film to so realism in the battle field.

Profanity: Strong language

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Drinking in a bar, smoking

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Scene of a child being shot may disturb some-viewers.

Story: Navy SEAL sniper Chris Kyle's pinpoint accuracy saves countless lives on the battlefield and turns him into a legend. Back home to his wife and kids after four tours of duty, however, Chris finds that it is the war he can't leave behind.

Likes : This film is very Similar to The Hurt Locker - in a mix of subject, theme and quality – American Sniper introduces us to the world of war, with a Call of Duty & battlefield theme to the screen with seemingly authentic- realism. It's intense and places a looking glass of what it is really like with first hand experiences from Kyle.
Fortunately, all politics and American ideology are absent, Instead American Sniper focuses on heroism, loyalty and tragedy building to the best battle finale a film can offer the reason why most of this film is politic is because of his navy seal status, but this film is beautiful presented for the life of  Chris Kyle who survived war only to come home & be killed by a veteran he was trying to help.
Bradley Cooper protray's Chris Kyle a navy seal sniper in the latest war. he performance & Transformation to look like his real-life counterpart, Cooper has not only bulked on the muscle and grown facial hair, but also took on the Texan accent and propels his interesting life on to screen as if paralleled with honor.
Switching from the deadly battlefields to life at home, Cooper contrasts Kyle's every emotion on screen. Whether he is on the frontline-battlefield, or at home with his family (and wife Sienna Miller - brilliant), he is committed and tested over four tours on his choice of the two. He is an enigma, and with this 160 credited kills, plus 100 probable extras, patriotism, ethics of war are physiologically weighed up on him. Expect an Oscar winning performance here from  Bradley Cooper his best performance todate.
Some of this film can be very graphic in nature which was need to portray the real life of being in combat fighting the enemy,Since watch lone survivor which is a similar true life story, this is one that really tops that film, in a well choreograph & directed film that i highly recommend watching.

Dislikes : the pacing of the film is a little slow but was necessary for the storytelling so don't expect a fact pace film.

Overall : Brilliant true life war film, brilliant realism in combat & the horrors of war.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 9 out of 10 for true life story.

Film Review: Time Lapse

Genre:  Sci-Fi | Thriller

Cert: 18 cert

Director: Bradley King

Screen writer: Bradley King, Bp Cooper

Starring: Danielle Panabaker , Matt O'Leary , George Finn , Amin Joseph , Jason Spisak , David Figlioli , Sharon Maughan , Judith Drake

Running time: 104 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Just one kiss, no sex or nudity.

Violence & Gore: There is a few scene of violence

Profanity:  Many instances of the word F*ck.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Drinking is seen, drug are seen being taken.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Seeing a future from photos can be a little disturbing

Story: Three friends discover a mysterious machine that takes pictures 24hrs into the future and conspire to use it for personal gain, until disturbing and dangerous images begin to develop, obsession become a deadly game that could be their undoing.

Likes : Sometime you don't need a high budget flashy sci-fi movie to make a good film as this film very well show's, this is a very weird but well written time paradox type film but instead of time traveling the whole story is around a machine that take photos. They waste no time in setting up the plot, immediately put you on the edge of your seat, and keep you there until the credits roll.
There is just something creepy about this film, as you see the character of this film act a normal life until they discover this machine then this film take on this sinister dark tone as you see the character becoming obsessed with with what they are seeing thinking its all fun & a games until event start taking of a darker tone.
The cinematography is particularly incredible. The movie is confined to a single modest apartment complex, and yet somehow it is chillingly beautiful. I never thought a man looking at a bunch of Polaroids pinned to a wall would be the recipe for a spectacular shot, but somehow it is. I haven't seen a movie with this kind of creepy and eerie film for a long time its refreshing to see asci-fi thriller being so dark & creepy you don't really see the ending coming until you see it, what clever is you dont see what is happen until the ending this is the clever twist in the film that make this a very clever, well made made sci-fi film that i recommend watching if you haven't already.

Dislikes : The only thing this film dosent really explain is where this machine came from other than the fact it dose what it dose.

Overall : Clever time paradox time travel concept, worth checking out.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 8 out of 10 for concept.

Running time: 141 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Two scenes of sex adult content with clothes on and some vulgar sex comments by main character.

A scene where the main character passionately kisses a woman. Then, it looks like they are going to have sex, right in a restaurant (a few minutes long) then, he backs away. She walks away and says a vulgar comment. No nudity.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: There is talk that the judge used to be an alcoholic, and may have been driving drunk in one instence.

Casual smoking and drinking seen.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: One character is battling a form of cancer. An emotionally intense scene has the character very ill in the bathroom. A man finds out that he was passionately kissing and fondling his niece.

Story: Hank Palmer is a successful defense attorney in Chicago, who is getting a divorce. When His brother calls with the news that their mother has died, Hank returns to his childhood home to attend the funeral. Despite the brittle bond between Hank and the Judge, Hank must come to his father's aid and defend him in court. Here, Hank discovers the truth behind the case, which binds together the dysfunctional family and reveals the struggles and secrecy of the family.

Likes : This is a truly well made film staring two of the best actors around Robert Duvall & Robert Downey Jr in a family style court room drama about a son who return home after learn a family member had died & the story take on a family reconciliation as you see a family feud come to light between father & son.
The thing i love about this film is it has its moments where is can become very serious drama moments but then you get moments that you laughing as Robert Downey Jr as we all know has this sarcastic humor in his acting but still manages to play the serious tone of his character as well which is what make Robert Downey Jr a great actor. Robert Duvall performance is nothing short of brilliance playing the father they play off each other with some of the best performance to date to make a believable family feud come to light.
Billy Bob Thornton brought his a game in this film playing a sharp prosecutor that will do nothing but bring the law judgement perfect performance.
I knew this was going to be a hard hitting drama but what i didn't expect was the fact it a tear jerker as well as it gets pretty emotional special the ending, this is a film not just about the court room but family as well it a film if your in to drama film like this worth checking out despite the slight flaw in the story-line.

Dislikes : (Spoiler Alert) In any court room no family law that is a family member can represent a family in court because it a conflict of interest so this would never of happen.

Overall : heart breaking tear-jerker, serious at time & can be funny

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 9.3 out of 10 for story-line
