Sex & Nudity: A husband and wife kiss and have a playful conversation, nothing obscene.

Violence & Gore: None

Profanity:  One use of the "f" word, several uses of other mild profanities.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking:Characters drink beer in a hunting lodge. Some are seen smoking cigarettes.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Some scene maybe disturbing on a physiological level

Story: Chasing their dream of landing their own hunting show, two hunters head into the dense, secluded mountains of West Virginia only to realize they are not alone.

Likes : One thing about this film is it very Blair witch project style of filming, which is not a bad effort from Josh Stewart first directing debue which he also stars in.The film dose start off slow with them on a hunting trip trying to make a video for a show with the normal hunting, until things start to go weirdly wrong.
This is where this film take on this some what scary feel in a psychological way which is clever in some ways because this film dose have its moments that make you jump, where other areas just give you the chill's, so it not a bad film when it come to a psychological feel.
The premise of the film, with two hunters alone in the woods when things start to go awry. The reasons for being out there make sense which give the audience a real feel for the film, and it also makes sense why they would continue to push forward even with the strange goings on which at some point get a little creepy.
They are trying to film a hunting show and need to get the footage of the hunt completed in order to secure their TV deal, so everything is on the line for them which show so this good a concept to the film. The acting was very good; both Josh and Skipp do a great job with their characters. You can tell this is something they were very excited about doing and their heart's were into it, unlike most film of the genre this felt very natural and believable which is good for a found footage film although their is a few flaw's that could of made this a little more better, but this is not a bad first directing for josh.

Dislikes : Number one rule of found footage film never put music in it, it complete ruins the atmosphere of the film, sadly this did have a bit of music, which ruin the found footage concept. The other thing as well the fact nothing started to happen until just over half the film, leaving no much scary moments, although there was a few, this should of had a bit more.

Overall : Some scary moment, Not a bad effort for first time directing, worth the watch once.

Rating: 3.2 out of 5 for entertainment / 5.6 out of 10 for concept / story

Running time: 131 min
Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.
Sex & Nudity: Some small sexual references/ infrequent use of sexual language

Violence & Gore: The violence is not extreme as Rambo but it is fairly strong like Lone Survivor. This movie is by the same director as the movies Olympus Has Fallen and Training Day, so you should know what to expect if you've seen these.

A pole saw is put through a man's cheek

A man is electrocuted

Many bloody beat downs

A corkscrew is put through a man's mouth

A man is shot several times with a nail gun

A man's throat is slit

A man is shot in the neck, blood spatters

A man is hung by barbed wire

A man drills a whole in the back of another man's head

Profanity:  Close to 35 F words, on par with Olympus and less than Lone Survivor. Other small obscenities are also sometimes used.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Some drinking and smoking. Nothing to worry about.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  The R rating is mainly for the violence and some uses of language, but it is less than other movies.
Very graphic violence scattered throughout

Story: In The Equalizer, Denzel Washington plays McCall, a man who believes he has put his mysterious past behind him and dedicated himself to beginning a new, quiet life. But when McCall meets Teri (Chloë Grace Moretz), a young girl under the control of ultra-violent Russian gangsters, he can't stand idly by - he has to help her. Armed with hidden skills that allow him to serve vengeance against anyone who would brutalize the helpless, McCall comes out of his self-imposed retirement and finds his desire for justice reawakened. If someone has a problem, if the odds are stacked against them, if they have nowhere else to turn, McCall will help. He is The Equalizer.

Likes : For some of us that grow in the 80s - 90s will know the old Equalizer series starring Edward Woodward as a ordinary man turn vigilante to help people like an enforce, This is a film that re-imagine of this series in to a film with outstanding promises.
From the trailer this film was sold for me i went in with high expectation & its delivered with a big bang, this truly is how good film should be done. The story is a little slow at first but what good about this is it introduce you to Denzel Washington character at a stead pace so you get to understand Robert McCall & he's is, from what he can do, is just amazing, his character you find a little mysterious as you see him doing thing's by the clock, but its also the action scene which are brilliant choreographed, what's clever is you notice that his character has some military back ground, from what you see i gathered his someone like (Liam nesson Character from taken but better i would go as far to say an special ops enforcer).
Chloë Grace Moretz Looking beautiful as ever is kind of a cameo role for the film, but you can tell from the start when you met her character Teri you can see straight off the bat she going to be the catalyst for the action to start man did it start, the action in this film is why this film should of been give a R-rate than a 15 cert because the fight scene were brutal, bloody & fast, which gave this film its edge as there are scene that will make you seat back in shock.
There is a seen which might be a bit confusing to some people with a CIA, FBI government official which is pretty clear if you understand what she is saying, which made it clear that Robert is a Covert Soldier, what was being said between this two is that Robert past made a promise to not get back in to the life he was in before but because he had no choice the fact the government couldn't touch the Russian Mafia, she gave him both permission to take them out as well as permission to break the promise this is the meaning of this scene.
This is a highly recommended film to watch at the cinema as this is a well choreograph & action pack film that not only blood & violent, but has a very power explosive concept that is how an action film should be.

Dislikes :Nothing wrong with this film

Overall : Action pack, Brilliant choreographed scene, brilliant acting, Denzel is phenomenal

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 10 out of 10 for concept / action

Sex & Nudity: Number of sex scene, & naked woman show all through most of the film

Violence & Gore: Fight scene, bloody guys being shot

Profanity:  very strong language

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: drinking & drug are seen in this film

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Basic gangster type film nothing frightening, tho some scene my be disturb for some views

Story: John Falcon did 10 years of hard time in prison. Now he's got 24 hours to get revenge on every person who had a hand in sending him there.

Likes : I've never really been a fan of the American thug gangster type film, which this one is, i'l be honest not the greatest of film's, some of the action is ok, the plot the story is pretty much straight forward with a revenge concept, but a very low budget filming. Some of the fight scene are pretty much ordinary, could i say this was a good film sadly no.

Dislikes : Sometime a low budget film can be good but this sadly wasn't one of them, the budget is very low due to the lack of acting skill's very amateur acting & very wooden in place, which didn't help the the film at all, this may appeal to some people but this is a recommended avoid film if you not in to the bad acting film's

Overall : This is a once watch film, not really worth buying depending on you taste

Rating: 2 out of 5 for entertainment / 4 out of 10 for story / acting

Film Review: Postmen Pat: The Movie

Genre: Animation Comedy Family

Cert: U cert

Director: Mike Disa

Screen writer: Annika Bluhm, Nicole Dubuc , Kim Fuller

Starring: Jim Broadbent , Jane Carr, Robin Atkin Downes , Susan Duerden , Greg Ellis , Rupert Grint , Dan Hildebrand , Ronan Keating , Stephen Mangan , Parminder Nagra , T.J. Ramini , Enn Reitel, Darren Richardson,  Julian Stone, Sandra Teles, David Tennant, Peter Woodward

Sex & Nudity: None

Violence & Gore: None

Profanity: None

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: none

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Robot eye being red might frightening children under 5

Story: A veteran postman finds his beliefs challenged after he enters a TV talent show competition.

Likes : Postman Pat has always a family favourite for kids which they are still all have fondness for when it was on tv. This was always going to be a film that would go either way, the amount of talent on board, my general love for family films and for Postman Pat could have suggested that the film would be fun and charming
The film dose have its moments The film begins very promisingly with a very idyllic opening that was the closest the Tv show, they add the few Big Time song which is great with some very funny visual gags, the montage where Pat meets his wife for the first time was very touching and the "Faster Pussy-Bot, Kill Kill!" seemed like a Daleks reference which it was in this case a clever one at that.
The soundtrack is catchy and bring energy to the film and the voice cast are good and very enthusiastic, David Tennant sounds like he's having a whale of a time but Steven Mangan, who's very sympathetic and dead-on as Pat, and Jim Broadbent acquit themselves very well too.
This is an ok film for children but beware some scene seem to be a little too frightening i would say for under , for a U cert this was a little odd.so this may appeal to some kids & family but not all will like this.

Dislikes : I can see why this final in the cinema really because at best its a DVD release, it dose try it best to be like the original tv series but, where they failed that made the story line in to some x factor concept with pat sing for something, this just its the concept of postmen pat at all this is why this failed to appeal to some many audiences.

Overall : Great music, great acting, just poor scripting lets this film down

Rating: 4 out of 5 for entertainment / 4 out of 10 for story concept.

But plans for a romantic weekend go awry when their various misadventures get them into some compromising situations that threaten to derail the big event

Likes : This was an entertaining film, had a few laugh's, but wasn't the greatest comedy ive seen, a very one dimensional walk through a bunch of guys (who are suppose to come off the party animals and a bunch of girls who all wear clothes so tight it looks sprayed on start to act like the boys but ends up being a completely different film although the acting is great there was a few moments that could of been cut from the film.
It dosent have some direction as it moves long at a stead pace but the story could of been a little better. As for comedy there isnt much is the way of a laffs and chuckles  there but few and far between. and each relationship is so predictable you can go to use the bathroom - talk on the phone - get a snack - then come back to the movie and know exactly what's happening when you come back.
This not a hang over type film the guy get them self it to trouble, some part were ok but i thought it could of been better in the concept, but this may appeal to some people.

Dislikes :The plot is non-existent.,There was a few moments that could of been cut of the film like the silly dance number like watching a bad MTV music video which complete throw the tone of the film off, its just wasn't funny, i was excepting it to be a big more outrageous funny film but falls complete flat.

Overall : Nothing special average film, great acting but not so much laughs

Rating: 3.5 out of 5 for entertainment / 4 out of 10 for story-line

Profanity: None

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: The residents take a daily shot

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Some of the memories are disturbing.
Only one scene makes this movie PG-13
Suggested MPAA rating

Story: This film, based on Lois Lowry's book, tells the story of a perfect world. Everyone here is happy. When Jonas is 18 years old, he's chosen to be the community's Receiver of Memories. He enters into training with an old man called The Giver. From the Giver, Jonas learns about pain, sadness, war, and all the unhappy truths of the "real" world. He quickly realizes that his community is fake. Confronted with this reality, Jonas faces difficult choices about his own life and his future.

Likes : I've never read the book so i cant review this film from the book standard although ive seen that the film is perfectly adapted from the novel,so im going to review this film as a stand alone film point off view.
The story of this film is well written, casting is pretty solid, but this is a story film that an action one, i like the way the world their in changing from a black & white to a colour as your seeing through the eyes of Jonas played by Brenton Thwaites but when you see the world through the other its black & white that was a unique way of filming & brilliant cinematography to protray's a controlling world where everything is controlled.
Could a say this was a great film, in some way in areas of the film yes, but sadly other no, which i will explain more in dislikes. Casting was pretty solid with some great actor & actress like  Jeff Bridges , Meryl Streep , Alexander Skarsgård & Katie Holmes, Taylor Swift making a cameo as  Jeff Bridges characters daughter Rosemary, which was a surprise. This is you average teenage movie to be-honest nothing really to stand out & say it a brilliant film, don't get me wrong this is beautiful made but this film just didn't appeal to me because of a few flaws.

Dislikes : One ive seen people comparing this to hunger games & Divergent teen dystopia movies, one problem with this is the fact Divergent & Hunger game kept their film & the audience interested in the film with action scene to keep the film at a steady pace, this film's concept was good but seriously two slow specially with the lack of action in the story-line.
I could feel myself falling asleep watch it because it just wasn't enough happening to keep me interested in watching the film the whole way through, people say action film & other film are mediocre when they bring out film like this that are so slow it at a crawl.........this is what you call mediocre when they take a great story & make the movie so slow it become boring to watch. This film is not aim at adults this truly is a teenage drama sci-fi film at best that may appeal to teenagers, for me this film was way to slow so i cant give this full a rating

Overall : Great acting, great story, just let down through pace & lack of action, it more of a story film then balanced film.

Rating: 3.2 out of 10 for entertainment / 5 out of 10 for story / pace of the film

Sex & NudityA woman walks down the stairs wearing a jacket open and nothing underneath, breasts clearly visible. Some comments are made about her breasts.

A woman gives a man a blowjob at a party. No nudity, but her head is shown moving up and down.

He explains that he was invited by a girl he met in a chat room. They are hosted by the owner of the place, who shows them his private macabre collection. Along the night, they find that they are in a party in hell.

Likes : Compared to the other hellraiser's film's inferno, hellseeker, deader, i will say hellraiser hell world was better but not great as it was missing a few things that could of made it better i feel missed opportunity special with the club scene, which they could of gone with what happen in hell raiser 3 would of been better in this storyline.
I'm surprised to see the very own man of steel Henry Cavil in this film looking very young playing the jerk player type which he done a pretty good job, Lance Henriksen as well, it was a perfect fit for him in this film which could of been done a better way gone in a different direction bur still the way most of this film went it felt like a hellraiser film in a slight way but still could of been better. "Hell-world" certainly is not a good movie, that live up to the name hellraiser since it is full of clichés and has many silly dialogs and situations through out. However, it is not  as bad as indicated in many reviews.
With the exception of the excellent classic "Hellraiser", and the sequel "Hell bound: Hellraiser II", all the other movies of this franchise are only reasonable entertainment. I've just watched "Hell-world" with a very low expectation, and in the end I found  it to be an average teen horror movie than a hellraiser film.

Dislikes : I felt this film could of been done better special with the party scene, i think the cenobites & pin head could of been more in involved in this scene with a bit more bloodier scenes & slaughter to make this a hellraiser film we all know. This i felt was a missed opportunity for this film.

Overall : Better than the last few films, but still not great,

Likes : Ok i love the first 4 film's of hell-raiser this is the first time ive watched these others, serious after watching hell seeker i thought it would get better, but it only slightly did, don't get me wrong the acting is pretty good & its dose keep the creepy dark feel, but yet again i feel this director hasn't got a clue on how to make a decent hell raiser film although this film dose have it moment that make you jump this is just a disappointment.

Dislikes : To me this feel yet enough film that doesn't feel like hellraiser at all, the horror is mediocre at best the only things that tie this to hellraiser is the ending, the film feels like its miss a sub-plot it confusing because it only explain slightly what's going on, this was better than hell seeker but this was far from great.

Overall : Mediocre, dark, poor story - writing

Rating: 3.1 out of  5 for entertainment / 5.7 out of 10 for story-line

Running time: 89 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Some sensual scenes (woman provoking man, man and woman making out, no actual sex is shown) and some nudity (mostly women in underwear, bare breasts are seldomly seen). Several women seduce the same man throughout the movie. That man has a sexual relationship with 3 different women other than his wife, so cheating is one of the main sub-themes.

We briefly see a woman's bare breasts as she takes off her shirt (she only wears panties).

A young woman undresses in front of a man; she takes off her shorts and T-shirt, remaining in her underwear. She provocatively moves on a chair. They kiss and start making out on a table. She moans and we briefly see one of her bare breasts.

A woman sits on top of a man, drops off her robe, and starts touching him. She moves lustfully over his body and they kiss. She is in lingerie; one of her bare breasts is briefly seen as the man touches her bra.

A woman in lingerie seduces a man who is sitting on a chair. She puts her foot on his crotch (she is wearing high heels) and is disappointed that he didn't get an erection; she then sits on his lap and tries to touch his crotch with her hand (he is fully clothed). The man pushes her away.

In a scene we see a man and a woman making out on a chair; she moves suggestively and he touches her body.

We see a brief flashback of a man and a woman making out on a chair. She is on top of him, wearing lingerie.

A woman seduces a man, licks his lips, and touches him all over (they are both fully clothed, only the woman's garter is seen as the man touches her thigh). We later see the scene as recorded by a camera.

A girl flirts with a man.

A man and a woman are briefly seen kissing in bed.

A man and a woman kiss.

A few sexual references.

Violence & Gore: Lots of bloody, gorey, and/or graphic scenes, including some sequences of torture. Several people die in this movie, often in brutal ways.

A man tied up on a bed during a surgery wakes up. A man takes a cutting tool, cuts a square off the cranium, and inserts a thin long pin into the open brain. We see the man's bloody brain and the needle being inserted fully as he screams. This scene is disturbing and graphic.

A man has a long pin shoved through the back of his neck and out the other side. This scene is disturbing.

In a disturbing and painful-looking scene, a man has several hooks pierced to his face, hands and chest; they pull a little as he screams in pain and terror. His cheeks' skin is streched from the hooks' pulling. We see blood coming from the wounds.

We see a semi-naked dead woman tied up on a chair, with blood on her body and a pool of blood on the floor.

A dead woman is briefly seen with an ice pick stuck in her head (there is lots of blood on her face and hair). A man takes it out (we see his bloody hand).

In a scene, a man's head comes out, serpent-like, from the back of a man's head. We basically see a normal-looking man with a second head attached to him with its long neck.

A woman is asfixiated when a plastic bag is held over her face.

A woman drowns.

A man has a torture device tightened over his mouth and a rod choved into it (the scene cuts here and we do not see anything).

A man is hit with a truncheon by a policeman; nothing is seen as the violence takes place behind a wavy plastic screen (we hear the hitting and the man screaming, and we see the policeman's arm going up and down on the man, as well as some blood splattering on the plastic screen).

A man is stabbed by a woman with an ice pick (offscreen).

A man shoots himself from the bottom of his jaw (we see some blood on the forehead, where the bullet exits).

A woman shoots a man through the side of his head. Blood splatters. We later see his bloody dead body in a morgue, and then again in a bodybag. A coroner quickly checks him and removes a dead eel from his mouth.

A man is briefly seen being tortured by electrocution devices placed on his head.

A tied-up and duck-taped man is seen struggling; we see him pissing (liquid is coming from his drenched pants) on a pool of blood on the floor.

We briefly see a dead chained man who was evidently tortured. His face is bloody.

We briefly see an old woman's bloody hands as she crochets.

We briefly see a man's deformed face.

In a morgue, we see several organs and meat pieces with worms in it, as well as some jars with blood inside them.

Some photos of murdered women are shown. A policeman says they were tortured then shot with a gun.

One car accident, pictured twice, in which the vehicle jumps into the water with 2 people in it.

A man punches a mirror, breaking the glass; his hand gets cut and is covered in blood.

A man wakes up with blood on his hands. He washes them in a sink.

We see a person washing hands in a blood-filled bowl.

A man throws up a live eel along with lots of water.

A woman does acupuncture on a man twice. We see her inserting a few needles on his back and, in another scene, in his abdomen.

A woman talks to a dead man and caresses his head, and her co-worker remarks that it's a morbid thing to do.

A dog comes out suddenly and viciously barks at a man.

An argument between husband and wife.

Profanity: Overall, the language is not very strong for a R-Rated movie.
Some random F-words and S-words; other profanities (Damn, Bullshit, Son Of A Bitch) are rarely heard.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: No smoking, no drinking, and no drug use.
Some injections to patients in a hospital.
We see a few empty bottles of alcohol beverages in a kitchen.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: This is a horror movie with several intense scenes (torture, murder, car accident), as well as some jump scares. Psychological elements are also present.

Story: Kirsty Cotten is now grown up and married to Trevor Gooden. Her memory of the events that took place back at her parent's home and the mental institution have dimmed, but she is still traumatized. One fateful day, the two get into a fatal car crash, killing Kirsty. Now, Trevor finds himself in a strange world full of sexy women, greed and murder, making him believe he may be in hell. He follows the clues all the way to Pinhead

Likes : Being a long time Clive barker fan, i love the first 4 film's which not alot of people understood that hell raiser:bloodline is set in future events after these Hell Raiser 5,6,7,8 & 9. because of the time-line in which they are set in.
Wasn't a big fan of hell raiser: inferno it felt like a twilight zone film more than Hell raiser film, it just seem that these film have lost the feel of the First hell raiser although still retrains the psychological element to it.Watching hell raiser hell seeker for the first time im mix feeling about it, its not the usual Hell raiser film which is a little disappointing but still hold it own in other areas special the psychological side of this film as you see the main character descend in to madness as he try to figure out what's going on  as he cant remember anything while giving a good twist which gave the film is edge.
The film making itself is adequate, though it leaves much to be desired. In his commentary, director Rick Bota says that Kirsty and the other elements from the previous films have been minimized so as not to alienate people not in the Hellraiser fan base. While this is understandable, I would advise Mr. Bota to remember that the fan base is what is keeping the franchise alive. Don't ignore us. That said, the alternate scenes on the disc need to be in the main film, as they make it more enjoyable for those of us who have been following this thing since 1987.
But what give this film it's ultimate edge, it not the cenobite or the blood which is what make a hell raiser film , i think fan's of the franchise would agree with me here is Doug Bradley playing pin head, the way he comes across is very frightening,  he has this way about him that you know when he talks you know he means it with such authority & spine chilling that he very voice give you chill's, let be honest hell raiser without Doug Bradley playing pin head, ins't a hell raiser film.

Dislikes : Although this was a slight good film the Director really mess this one up special for the fans of the franchise, He tried to make this film less creepy with a husband & wife feel like Jacob's Ladder this was the director failure in this film.
Not sure weather this director has look at the first hell raiser film's because you could clearly see this was not the hell raiser film fans were look for.
The thing that made hell raiser, a cult film is the blood & gore, the atmosphere, the psychological creepiness & sheer shock horror which sadly this film lacks.

Overall : Not the greatest hell raiser but was ok, brilliant performance from Doug Bradley, good twist in the story-line

Rating: 4.1 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.2 out of 10 for storyline/ concept.

Sex & Nudity: young dress sexy as a prostitute, brothel with sexy lady's in sexy under wear

Violence & Gore: Car blow up you see the body burning in side, martial art fight scene are pretty brutal at (R rate level)

Profanity:  strong language

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: whiskey & shot being see drunk

Frightening/Intense Scenes: Martial art scene are pretty intense fights, nothing real frightening.

Story: FAVELA, the first instalment in the CODENAME: FALCON franchise, introduces former marine John "Falcon" Chapman, a dark anti-hero driven by guilt and suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder, who will destroy himself unless given something else to destroy - a useful weapon-of-last-resort for the U.S. State Department. When Chapman's sister is brutally attacked while on assignment in Brazil, Chapman flies into Sao Paulo to track down her assailants, quickly entering the city's seedy underbelly and discovering a world of drugs, the sex trade, corrupt cops, and organized crime syndicates battling for control.

Likes : Falcon Rising is the kind of movie that is easy to sell with an action packed trailer, although watching the film is slight lets down as this film doesn't really show that much action other than a few fight scene's that are brilliantly choreograph.
Lateef Crowder Brazilian martial artist your know from Tekken movie, doesn't really have much of a role in speaking terms but show off some pretty awesome martial arts moves in this film.
The movie its self starts with the usual story line of the hero character having some past issue & someone that cares about them until that person come involved in something that put them in danger, the hero set out to investigate which put them in the cross fire of the villain of the story that end it a battle.
Ive got to hand it to Michael Jai white even at the age 46 he still in shape & still moves the way he was when it was younger with the martial arts which still looks awesome on screen with the fighting, although i feel he should be given better role in bigger film's. This is clear one of he better film in a while since blood & bone, but i still think he should be give a better film career, with better scripted films.
One good thing about this film is the fact the fight scene aren't filmed with the shaky camera effects, no cut scene or no implied deaths, which make a film interest to watch, special when it come to fight scene i prefer fights in films you can see the action without the shakiness which is refreshing. As it not a bad film just not a brilliant film.

Dislikes : Some of the acting & pace at time can be questionable, i really feel they should give Michael jai white better role with people that can act because his performance is kind of let down by others in some of the film they get him to do.

Overall :  Great fight scene, some what good acting, pace is slightly slow with the lack of action.

Rating: 4.3 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.7 out of 10 for storyline

Cert: 15 cert

Director: Dallas Richard Hallam, Patrick Horvath

Starring: Caity Lotz , Camilla Luddington , Scott Michael Foster , Patrick Fischler , Haley Hudson, Amy Pietz , Brad Grunberg , Nicki Micheaux , Mark Steger , Suziey Block , Trent Haaga , Alexandra Ryan , Leonel Claude, Joshua Grote

Running time: 96 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: A moderate sex scene.

Violence & Gore: There are scenes in which characters are placed in threatening situations, and attacked with a variety of weapons, including knives, guns and baseball bats.

There is some sight of blood during violence, and gory images are seen in the aftermath of murders, and at crime scenes.

Profanity:  One use of strong language ('f**k.')

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: none

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  Nothing intense or frightening about this film.

Story: A woman who is plagued by nightmares involving a serial killer learns her dreams have a horrifying connection to the real world.

Likes : I'm normally a fan of supernatural horror film, special when they are done right at a good pace with keep the audience on the edge of the seat wait for the next shock moment that make you jump out of you skin.
Trouble with this type of film the pace has to be even sadly after the first film that was some what creepy & frightening this one sadly is a massive let down with so many flaws, don't get me wrong i think Caity Lotz is a talented actress but seriously stop her doing bad film because it not good for her imagine because this film really make her look bad. Sadly i cant say this film is any good as it the worst sequel; to a film ive seen.

Dislikes : I'm not normally one for rip a film apart but (WTH) Dallas Richard Hallam & Patrick Horvath you could not of been more lazy with the screen writing & script writing, this is why it important to have good screen writers because it make the film much better.
This film was a complete mess, the pace of the film is so slow the audience will get board of watching it, the pace of the film complete destroys any scary moments because you so bored watching seriously you made Caity Lotz look bad on screen, which ive seen her in better roles.
There is hardly any scary moments because of the pace which i was really falling sleep watching it, it just didn't have the same Creepy feel as the first did, it felt like a complete bad rehash of the first film sadly this film could of been done better, this is a film to avoid or wait for the bargain bin prices because this in one word is terrible.

Overall : boring, slow, bad script writing, bad screen writing, bad acting because of the bad scripting.

Rating: 2 out of 5 for entertainment / 3 out of 10 for story-line / concept

Profanity: F word was used once

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: A group toast with champagne .
A man tells another man that he will buy all the rounds.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: The climax to the film is upsetting to viewers. It was a good decision that they postponed it.
Many jump scenes & A lot of scene are unexpected and terrifying!
The whole movie is intense.

Story: On May 12th, Vista Pacific Flight 7500 departs Los Angeles International Airport bound for Tokyo. The take-off is routine but what transpires over the next ten hours is anything but ordinary. As the overnight flight makes its way over the Pacific Ocean, the passengers encounter what appears to be a supernatural force in the cabin.

Likes : After 2 years of waiting for this film if finally got released, but after viewing this film i can see why they delayed it, because some of these scene are very intense & upsetting. I was expecting a supernatural horror which it is in some ways, very frightening When you see a movie directed by director that done The Grudge, you would expect something of similar standards in this film.
The concept of the movie is very interesting, and the characters are quite well-developed,The film is very clever on not given to much away to early given that the whole of this movie takes place on a plane, i was interested in this movie because of the way the trailer came across as a very spooky film.
One thing your notice about this film is the way it tease you in to think this is happen while on the other hand misleading the audience as something much darker is happen, this is brilliantly done by  director Takashi Shimizu which bring's a brilliant, cold chilling haunting dark twist in the concept you wont see coming.
This dose have the constant jumpy frighting scene that keep you off guard but its one of those film if you talk though it or miss key points it will leave you with plot hole & you saying why did this happen or when did this happen, it a film you really need to sit down a watch all the way though to get this film concept.
If you are looking for a supernatural horror expecting a creepy looking ghost to appear you will be disappointed in a some way but yes this is a supernatural horror in other area's, personally i don't think this film's got it fair due to be honest at its not a bad film deserve more than the rating this got its a worth watching thriller horror as it has that elements of poltergeist with the mist effects which add to the creepy atmosphere of the film.

Dislikes : The Flaw this film has which in no way bring the film down but prevents it from being a high rating film, The C.G.I is slightly questionable as you can see that the plane look C.G.I & the other thing as well is this film concept feels like a long twilight zone film it a way which was ok but this could of been better for the concept.

Overall : Very intense, frightening, creepy, brilliant twist, great concept, worth watching.

Rating: 5  out of  5  for entertainment / 7 out of  10 for story / concept
