Story: After a blind date gone horribly wrong, Jim and Lauren agree they never, ever want to see each other again. Well, that's all about to change when the two find themselves and their respective families (including children) all stuck together in one suite at an African Safari vacation spot

Likes : For a comedy this as a few laughable moment, but it wasn't a laugh out loud comedy it was more a romantic little warm-hearted feel it it really with to family's kind of coming to together to help each other out.
Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler have prove to have that on screen chemistry over the years of film they have been in together, which really work for this film, one thing i have notice is that Sandler is losing his comedic side slightly because he not as funny as he use to be not sure weather it the way the character is write or its Sandler just losing he's edge but he good a the light heart stuff in film which is a good thing for this film.
The film is a little slow to start with it doesn't really get funny until the reach Africa which you throw in to the bizarre circus of strange characters & Terry Crew playing the usual weird guy sing at awkward moments, which is pretty funny at time in the film. The script and story distracts you from itself and you miss a lot of sweet moments that are ruined or could have happened. It's like the film slaps you in the face right as your about to settle into falling in love with them all over again.
But on the positive side you will be rolling in the aisles at the film's best scenes. Sandler wasn't always bad at comedy, and re-teamed with Barrymore he has his shining moments. The very familial tone that this movie takes is warm and mightily Brady Bunch (in the least cheesy way possible.) 'Blended' is for fans of Drew and Adam because if you're not then you won't get some subtle homages and easter eggs to their previous two movies. In all im kind of glad i didn't go to the cinema to watch this really as it more of a DVD view type of film you can sit & watch on a lazy Sunday afternoon,It wasn't bad but for a comedy it fall flat on it face as it more of a heart- warming story line for that reason this film wont be for everyone.

Dislikes : Could of been more funny moments i think there was a lot of missed opportunity where this film could of been alot funnier than it was real.

Overall : heart warming film, light heart story-line, great acting

Rating: 4.7 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.7 out of 10 for story-line/ comedy
