Sex & NudityIn a hazing video, a girl at a party is shown lying facedown after a hangover and a sexually explicit phrase is shown written on her leg in marker.

At an outdoor party shown in video, a girl is shown being hazed to wear panties lying facedown and people teasing her around her.

A girl is called many named after embarrassing herself at a party (whore, slut) and this leads her to commit suicide.

A very dimly lit scene shows a teen boy kissing a girl, and lying on top of him and the scene cuts as sex is implied. The scene lasts around 10 seconds.

A boy in a video chat tells a girl to strip and she starts to reveal her bare stomach and turns around go move her buttock area near the webcam, but no parts are seen as they are interrupted when others join.

A girl in a video chat admits to "screwing around" with a boy who is not her boyfriend

Violence & GoreThe entire movie takes place on a Skype call on teenagers' computers.

-The narrative occurs in the aftermath of a young woman's suicide, following her victimisation by 'cyber bullies' who spread a video depicting her unconscious at a party where she urinated and defecated in her clothes. The trauma caused by her bullying led to her apparent suicide, and forms the method with which the protagonists are then tormented, resulting in instances of seemingly forced suicide.

-There are occasional brief scenes of strong violence, including a suicide by shooting, a stabbing, a scene in which a woman has a burning object protruding from her mouth, and a sequence in which a man's hand and throat is mutilated in a food blender.

-The film begins with the captured video of Laura Barns' suicide on the high basketball courts where she in a distance holds a visible gun to her forehead and then suddenly fires. A distanced, blurred spray of blood is very quickly released upon her discharge of the bullet into her head.

-Levels of threat increase throughout as the protagonists are tormented psychologically and ultimately physically.

-The first victim of Laura Barns, Val has a violent seizure and smashes her head upon the ground, having off-screen, downed a bottle of bathroom bleach.

-Under Laura's thrall, Adam suddenly fires his father's gun on himself on the front region of his head (his face). There is a brief spurt of blood following the loud bang and he suddenly collapses.

-Jess is killed by a hair straightener (the insertion of which occurs relatively off-screen). It comes into focus on her buffering cam. Blood rushes from mouth down her chin & simmering steam blows out with the rushing blood.

-Ken (under Laura's thrall) forces his right arm into his bungalow blender. His hand starts to shred violently as blood combusts from the blender and splashes everywhere. The force of his arm in the blender, then causes it to shatter and the broken glass embeds into the remains of his right arm as well as his unshredded left arm. His neck is forced onto the exposed propeller blades of the blender which shreds his throat. Blood and pieces of flesh are spiraled in different directions before he is signed out.

-Mitch (under Laura's thrall) slams his kitchen knife down into his desk pinning it by it's bladed end to the table and then suddenly headbutts with extreme force the handle end. He is impaled near the right eye socket by the knife, breaking off the handle and end portion of the blade into his face. Blood is seen briefly rushing out, however, it gushes in a large quantity.

-In the post credits sequence, the torn-up body of Blaire is visible in an uploaded photo on Facebook. She has been dismembered by a bloodstained chainsaw.

Profanity:  Close to 60 uses of "fuck" spoken, integrated into the fast moving chat scenes.

-One use of "cunt" shown very briefly on a chat page. Others used of "shit", "bitch", "ass", "dick", "slut" and one of "boobs."

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: -In a video of a party, two boys are shown possibly smoking.

-In a past video, a girl is seen doing a bong.

-Students are seen at Adam's large blowout party drinking all types of alcohol (such as whiskey, bourbon, rum, wine, tequila and beer).

-Laura is intoxicated after drinking red cups of unspecified alcohol.

-Laura is drugged by Rohypnol slipped into her drink by Adam as part of a sadistic prank. She later passes out due to the intoxication of the Rohypnol and alcohol.

-Several other teenagers at Adam's house are seen smoking tobacco (and presumably marijuana, never confirmed).

-Early in the six-way call & after the initial threats from Laura's account, Adam begins drinking his father's rum in glasses.

-Before the call, Ken mixes up his own energy drink containing a portion of Rye.

-Pictures of Blaire and Laura's fathers are seen on Blaire's father's Facebook and Laura's memorial page, drinking bourbon and beer at a pub.

-Val is seen in Laura's uploaded photos through Jess and Adam's Facebook pages, smoking marijuana through a bong pipe and becoming intoxicated under the influence of the cannabis and alcohol. She is also seen drinking in the photos to the point of passing out.

-Dank Jimmy and Rando Pauls on ChatRoulette (who Blaire attempts to get to contact the police upon Jess' attack by Laura) are high on marijuana and are concealing individual marijuana joints.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: The entire film follows the mature themes of cyberbullying, suicide, and betrayal.

-The film has a lot of jump scares.

-Occasionally, some of the death scenes are shown in detail for a brief second.

Story: While video chatting one night, six high school friends receive a Skype message from a classmate who killed herself exactly one year ago. At first they think it's a prank, but when the girl starts revealing the friends' darkest secrets, they realize they are dealing with something out of this world, something that wants them dead. Told entirely from a young girl's computer desktop, CYBERNATURAL redefines 'found footage' for a new generation of teens

Likes : One thing that is good which has given this film its credit in filming making, is im glad to see they didn't go down the found footage horror route which has become a stereo type movie that has been use to many time like the zombie sub-genre, this feel more fresh & someone is actually using imagination in bring fear to a horror with some brilliant acting.
I love the premisses of this film with the concept of bullying of trolling someone & think that bullying is funny, yet for these group of teenage this reckless childish & evil act which force this girl to commit suicide back fired on them, from what seem to be a spirit on a revenge path from beyond the grave.
There is just something unnerving about this film although it predictable, the concept of someone or something message a group of teenage on a dead girls Facebook making them reveal the darkest secret is seriously creepy, to be honest after what i saw the character blaire did to her boyfriends with some one else, i will admit i was feeling sorry for her at first but then see what she did & hiding it, i did start to feel you deserve everything you get, but then all of them deserve it to be honest, even though it was really twisted but as they say revenge is a dish served cold no pun intended.
it's ambitious and creative and an ingenious way of storytelling that hasn't been done quite as well in the past with other film, which is good that someone is learn how to make something right.
Special with the main story of the film, with the deaths in this film were dark & gruesome, like the blender death scene which was vicious!
Basically the 5 friends encounter an unknown user under the name Billie227, the user which they think is a hacker, but things rapidly spiral out of control & the spirit begins to start turning the friends against themselves with dark games & revealing how they were involved in her suicide! this alone make this a great film to really put a chill down your spine & make you think, have you been a good person to someone.

Dislikes : The only problem with this film really is that it is predictable, sadly this dose some what take the mystery out of the film the as the film start to kick you can see the ending coming, really this is the only problem that the film had.

Overall : unnerving concept, great revenge concept in the horror genre. predictable ending

Rating: 4.6 out of 5 for entertainment / 7.7 out of 10 for concept

Film Review: Mission impossible: Rogue Nation

Genre: Action, Adventure, Thriller

Cert: 12A

Director: Christopher McQuarrie

Screen writer: Christopher McQuarrie, Drew Pearce , Bruce Geller.

Starring: Tom Cruise , Jeremy Renner , Simon Pegg , Rebecca Ferguson , Ving Rhames , Sean Harris , Simon McBurney, Jingchu Zhang , Tom Hollander , Jens Hultén ,  Alec Baldwin , Mateo Rufino , Fernando Abadie , Alec Utgoff , Hermione Corfield

Running time: 131 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity:  According to official MPAA Rating there will be one to two scenes involving partial nudity.

Violence & GoreIf it's like the previous movies, expect lots of action and violence, but with little to no blood.

Profanity:  mild to strong language

Alcohol/Drugs/SmokingLittle drug use expected.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  There are pretty intense chase scene on motorbikes & car chase.

Story: Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate - an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF

Likes : As most of the mission impossible film franchise you have the intense moments which give the film its edge which is also good for an action film, special when a film starts off this way, "Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation" begins with an intense scene involving Tom Cruise hanging on to an flying air plane, a scene that is in the trailers.
The scene is really intense, and I am really quite amazed by the stunts & yes this is actually tom cruise doing this stunt, no ,c.g.i, no green screen, im not joking he's actually hanging from the door as the plane takes off for real. Tom said in a interview that out of all the stunt hes done that one scare the s**t out of him lol. (the guy is a nut case but a legend).
Taking of stunt work the motorbike chase scene are unreal, brilliant done very fast & very intense, the bikes use as you can tell in the film are real M.P racer bikes hence the reason why they can tilt the bike at an angle to go around the corners at high speed, this add to a real brilliant chase that look awesome on screen.
Special the car stunt driving at high speed in narrow streets was some of the best driving ive seen, not sure if it was actually tom cruise doing the driving or a stunt driver, but the drive drifting around corners so tight was some of the best stunt work ive seen in a film for a long time.
The absolutely beautiful Rebecca Ferguson awesome actress playing the female fem-fatal highly trained Assassin, but dammm she looks good in a dress.....She come's of as a very strong woman that can take care of her self while playing what seem's to be both sides but she doing it for a reason, which come of brilliant for her character on screen very believable, beautiful & dangerous.
Tom cruise brilliant as always as Ethan hunt, do the stunt without a stunt man take some b*lls, but this is what makes him an awesome actor, only in this film he's kind of met he match in the face of Sean Harris who play Lane of the anti IMF who comes of a serious bad ass villain for the story, he come off as this form SAS, special force type guy turn mercenary for a rogue nation calling themselves the syndicate, which works for his acting i feel these screen writer played to his strength as an actor.
Simon Pegg i will admit was funny as hell, being his usual self in this film with the one-liners & funny sense of humour he came off brilliant in this film , its was actually good to see Alec Baldwin back on the big screen after the problems he was having, but still comes off as a great actor it was like he never left the big screen, brilliant performance from him in this although he only has a few brief scenes. The film itself is pretty good there are moment where its a little slow in places but along with the action scenes & stunt this MI film is very intense & entertaining, it follow the events of the last film where the team is under federal court for their action, which set up the story of a inside order trying to bring them down, which lends to an intense cat & mouse game as Ethan hunt is trying to find out who. Although out of the franchise most of these film have been some what good, i feel MI2 & MI3 were the best one's, although i enjoyed watching this latest one, which i found more intense than the last one on stunts alone. this is a film worth checking out weather it on big screen or dvd.

Dislikes : The only problem with these film which i have noticed, not sure if anyone else noticed this is that we find out that he married in MI3, yet there is no mention of ethan wife from the other films, this might be nic picking but i feel as if the wife concept shouldn't of been put in to the film real, not that it matters that much, but i feel if there should of been a mention of something like she divorced him or something happened to her. That really my only complaint about the film really.

Overall : intense stunt scene, awesome chase & car chase stunt, brilliant acting, good story concept.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 9.1 out of 10 for concept.

Film Review: Survivor

Genre: Action, Crime, Thriller

Cert: 12A

Running time96 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: None at all.

Violence & Gore: Regular, bloodless action movie violence.

War and 9/11 footage appear on screen. a helicopter crash occurs, Various characters are shot and killed, a massive explosion scene occurs, various characters are stabbed, we see bomb-making, fighting, and exploding buildings.

We can see blood pouring all over the man's mouth after he is shot
Profanity: 2-3 uses of "f--king", one is quiet. Uses of ''bullshit'' ''bitch'' ''Asshole" and 2 use of the gods!$@ (religious profanity "Chr*st))

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: none

Frightening/Intense ScenesA bomb exploded in-front of a group of people

A body is seen burned inside of the restaurant

Story: A State Department employee newly posted to the American embassy in London is charged with stopping terrorists from getting into the U.S. That puts her right in the line of fire and she is targeted for death and framed for crimes. Discredited, she is forced to go on the run while she tries to clear her name and stop a large-scale terrorist attack set for New Year's Eve in Times Square.

Likes : I stumbled apoun this film by mer-chance as i didn't even know this film was around im glad i got to see it, because it a very underrated film, IMO, brilliant acting, brilliant cast, brilliant story concept refresh, its actually good to see Pierce Brosnan as the bad guy.
I love the way this story sets its self up as a Foreign Service Officer played by (Milla Jovovich) stumbles apoun a terrorist plot that put her in the firing line of a ruthless hit man for hire called Nash who they call the watch maker played brilliantly by Pierce Brosnan.
This film must of been done before Milla fell pregnant as the new resident evil 6 film was delayed in filming due to this in 2014, so this must of been a film done before, but what a film it is, a good cat & mouse concept story that has that 24 series concept, where milla character is frame for something she stumble on but she has to go on the run no only to protect her self but to uncover the reason why she being hunted.
the stunt work & special effect from the explosion to slightly C.G.I effect to add explosion really adds the thriller's action that it has to offer the audience keeping you gripped to screen, Pierce just come off very cold like someone without that highly trained assassin cold ruthless, knows what he doing get the job done no matter the cost of lives type of character which add to the evil nature of this person ; which is good because you can actually believe who he is, most villain come off bad but it good to see a villain done right.
For a spy thriller this is the best ive seen in while, one film i recommend watching if you get the chance to as it great story keep you interest throughout as well as the action that make this a great film to watch.

Dislikes : Not really seeing any wrong with this film to be honest as it a great film.

Overall : Action thriller that has a great story concept , brilliant casting, brilliant acting.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 8 out of 10 for concept

Film Review: Obsessed (also known as the letter)

Genre: Drama, Thriller

Cert:15 cert

Director: Jay Anania

Screen writer: Jay Anania

Starring: Winona Ryder , Josh Hamilton , Marin Ireland , Katherine Waterston , James Franco , Dagmara Dominczyk , Laila Robins , Julie Ann Emery , Eisa Davis , Mike Lubik , C.J. Williams , Vince Jolivette , Samantha Sherman , Britt Lower , Clem Cheung

Running time:  92 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & NudityNo nudity, there are scenes of a sexual nature

Violence & Gore: none

Profanity: slightly mild

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Alcohol is see being drunk

Frightening/Intense Scenes: some scene are intense, slightly disturbing

Story: A playwright(Ryder) who begins to mentally unravel before premiere night. She is plagued by dreams and visions of being watched, but cannot decide if she is at the center of a manipulative plot or simply losing her grip on reality

Likes : Dont really think the rating was fair for this film to be honest, ya the pacing of this film is a slow burner, but this is a film more for those that love the theatrical art type films, as this concept is very close to this i agree it not a film for everyone.
The acting is pretty solid is good to see Winona Ryder is still beautiful in her own way i still find her very beautiful, she hasn't been in alot of film just lately which is a shame because she a great actress, she been in some pretty good film, although one i wont mention cough cough alien resurrection piece of trash film lol.
This is a very artistic film, which is why i think this has gotten great reviews for, not alot of people like these films because they are more in to the superhero or action type films, this is a little slow so it not a film that will be for everyone.
It very complicated to watch as well because the main theme or concept of the film which cleverly make you feel that your having the same problem she is with her character where the lines between reality & dreaming collide making the character feel that what she is seeing or feeling is real yet its the mind playing tricks, like a psychosis dream state while your awake same similar effect that sleep deprivation can do where its making you feel as if your losing your mind.
The film dose actually make you feel the same as its a very complicated film to watch, can be confusing at time, but this is hat they call intelligent film, that actually well acted, special James Franco character he come off a little weird but very dark natured like he not all there, like their is some kind of psychological problem with him, he comes off a little creepy in places but i will say brilliant acting..
As ive said this is a very artistic film with a theatrical stage concept it not a film, that will interest everyone, just depend on what you like watching, but i will warn you though that if you do watch this watch it when you not so tired as the pacing with put you to sleep because its a slow burning film.

Dislikes : The only problem i see with this film is the pacing its a very slow burner that tens to put people off & make them bored of the film, i think this could of been a bit faster in a way. the concept is ok but this type of genre isnt for me, this is more for the people that love theatre style movies really.

Overall : Slow burning film, can be boring at time, but acting is solid & the story is good but slow

Rating: 3 out of 5 for entertainment / 5 out of 10 for concept.

Film Review: Ant-Man

Genre: Action, Sci-Fi

Cert: 12A

Director: Peyton Reed

Screen writer: Edgar Wright (screenplay) & Joe Cornish (screenplay) & Adam McKay (screenplay) & Paul Rudd (screenplay) Stan Lee (comic book) & Larry Lieber (comic book) &
 Jack Kirby

Starring: Paul Rudd , Michael Douglas , Evangeline Lilly , Corey Stoll , Bobby Cannavale , Judy Greer , Abby Ryder Fortson , Michael Peña , David Dastmalchian ,  T.I.  , Wood Harris , Hayley Atwell , John Slattery , Martin Donovan , Garrett Morris

Running time: 117 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Ant-Man contains infrequent mild sexual references.

There is one mention of a pair of breasts being "touched", which is a passing reference and is not dwelt on further.

Violence & Gore: There are some instances of moderate action violence, including a few scenes of fist fights, kicking and gunfire. Men are punched by a man the size of an ant and fly through glass and break furniture. Most of the violence has a comic element. There is one scene in which the main antagonist shoots his colleague with a futuristic gun and is turned to a small blob of goo. This scene does not put any emphasis on gore and the transformation is rapid. Sight of blood is infrequent and discreet.

Profanity:  Language in the film is of mild impact, and there is one use of moderate language ('pussy').

Uses of mild bad language include 'shit', 'damn', 'hell', 'ass', 'son of a bitch' and some religious exclamations.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Characters drink in a bar before a heist.

Hank Pym smokes a cigar in one scene.

Luis jokes about getting high in one scene, Scott rolls his eyes.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  The appearance of the main antagonist may be unsettling to younger viewers, and there is a mild sense of threat in regards to the path of destruction he leaves behind and the conflict between him and the protagonist. However this is assuaged when he successfully manages to penetrate his armour and disable him.

Story: Armed with the astonishing ability to shrink in scale but increase in strength, con-man Scott Lang must embrace his inner-hero and help his mentor, Dr. Hank Pym, protect the secret behind his spectacular Ant-Man suit from a new generation of towering threats. Against seemingly insurmountable obstacles, Pym and Lang must plan and pull off a heist that will save the world.

Likes : Right to start with im going to be 100% honest & not review this as a fan boy of marvel, so you've been warned because this film is far from being a 8 out of 10 rating ; which ive notice the review this film has got seriously looks as if these guys are being paid off just to give the film good review's when seriously this film was just so generic its unreal.
Dont get me wrong the film visual effects & character are some what ok & entertaining to watch, alot of the special effect of the shrinking are awesome & the suit design of yellow jacket is true to the comic books which looks menacing, but in all seriousness what the hell when wrong with this film, ya its got a few good references to the avengers & link to captain america's civil war film coming & well as the age of ultron referenced as a passing joke but sorry i really can't give this film a good rating.

Dislikes : Were do i start............ Im not sure if the fail of this film is because of the Edgar Wright leaving the project over creative differences  which i think would have probably made this film better, maybe because im not sure if its the characters writing or cast thats the problem.
I mean the main bad guy dosent come off as this menacing bad guy it come off so generic you kind of not feeling his character in the suit which is a shame because the suit is pretty bad ass.
The other thing as well sat in the cinema watching this film had a few funny scene, but when the audience isn't laughing that a serious bad sign that the film isn't funny in an way, i will give you one reason for this; the generic snail's pace of the film at the begin & almost all the way through the film completely killed the emotion & jokes in the film almost putting them to sleep. Visual yes the film is great but sadly this is all that is keep this film from being a complete flop in my mind.

Overall : Snail pace puts audience to sleep, generic bad guy, great visual effect.

Rating:  3.8 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.1 out of 10 for concept.

Film Review: Forbidden Empire (uk tile Forbidden kingdom) (also known as Viy)

Genre:  Adventure, Fantasy, Mystery

Cert: 15 cert

Director: Oleg Stepchenko

Screen writer: Nikolai Gogol (story and characters) ,  Aleksandr Karpov (script)
 Oleg Stepchenko (script)

Starring: Jason Flemyng , Andrey Smolyakov , Aleksey Chadov , Agnia Ditkovskite , Yuriy Tsurilo , Olga Zaytseva , Aleksandr Yakovlev , Igor Jijikine , Valeriy Zolotukhin , Nina Ruslanova , Viktor Bychkov , Ivan Mokhovikov , Anatoliy Gushchin , Aleksey Petrukhin , Aleksandr Karpov

Running time: 127 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: A few naked parts of girl's body

Violence & Gore: Some fights, cruel enough

Profanity:  A man says that he doesn't believe in God, God is praised in a lot of scenes. A lot of talks about witches.

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: A man holds a pipe, lot of jokes about alcohol.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  The whole film is frightening enough: impressive 3D effect, appeals of demons, coffin flying with a dead body etc.

Story: Early 18th century. Cartographer Jonathan Green undertakes a scientific voyage from Europe to the East. Having passed through Transylvania and crossed the Carpathian Mountains, he finds himself in a small village lost in impassible woods. Nothing but chance and heavy fog could bring him to this cursed place. People who live here do not resemble any other people which the traveler saw before that. The villagers, having dug a deep moat to fend themselves from the rest of the world, share a naive belief that they could save themselves from evil, failing to understand that evil has made its nest in their souls and is waiting for an opportunity to gush out upon the world

Likes : This was a weird film to say the least, kind of frightening in a dark twisted fantasy way , that is based on "Viy" (Russian: Вий) is a horror short story by the Ukrainian-born Russian writer Nikolai Gogol, first published in the first volume of his collection of tales entitled Mirgorod (1835). The title refers to the name of a demonic entity central to the plot.
This reminds of a series i use to watch starring john hurt called the storyteller, where you would have the series of story with this type of dark fantasy mixed with the concept of hell boy, brother grim & few other things like pan labyrinth, in an old 80s style storytelling.
One thing that is not true though is comparison of this film with Tim Burton's 'Sleepy Hollow'. there is no real resemblance to that film other than in a superficial way, this film doesn't really share Tim Burton's mixture of violent horror and morbid humor although it has some dark moment's, although there's plenty of humor in this film & performance of some actors is almost entirely in comedic fashion, plus you can tell this was mean to be in foriegn form as the voices seem to be english dub which kind of make the actor seem dumb but in a comic way.
The C.G.I effect are brilliant done with a slight stop motion camera effects in places, but the film tends to over use the C.G.I bit to much, which dosent really ruin the film, as it's only a few scenes, but as for a dark twisted fantasy film it dose pretty well.

Dislikes : Its not the greatest of film's its dose have it flaws in dialog & the stereo stereotyping is pretty bad in this film, where it portrays woman as witches & this propaganda message of churches making slaves of he town people through fear, which let be honest they do anyway so there isn't really anything new there. From what ive heard is that this is a pretty poor remake, because the original film is more scarier then this, not that this didn't have it moments the some of the C.G.I effect were slight fake it just come off a bit unreal, but then this is a dark fantasy film so it get away with it.

Overall : Not a bad fantasy horror story, could of been done a little better, but overall depending on you taste of films it good story telling.

Rating: 4.1 out of 5 for entertainment / 6 out of 10 for concept.

Film Review: Final Girl

Genre: Action, Drama, Thriller

Cert: 15 cert

Director:  Tyler Shields

Screen writer: Adam Prince (screenplay) , Stephen Scarlata  (story) , Alejandro Seri (story) , Johnny Silver (story)

Starring: Abigail Breslin , Wes Bentley , Logan Huffman , Alexander Ludwig , Cameron Bright , Reece Thompson , Emma Paetz , Gracyn Shinyei , Desiree Zurowski , Francesca Eastwood , Brett London

Running time: 90 min

Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: girl in a sexy red dress

Violence & Gore: Most scene are showing pretty violent sexual behaviour with age rating of 15+

Profanity:  Mild to strong language through out

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: Drugs are mention in the film & seen being taken

Frightening/Intense Scenes: The girl in the woods & some of the other scenes can be trippy & pretty intense.

Story: A psychological thriller about a beautiful teen girl new to town who is lured out to the woods by a group of senior boys to be the victim in their final initiation. Taught by her trainer, William, to be a lethal weapon, she turns the hunters into the hunted with a level of perversity far beyond anything they could have ever imagined.

Likes : I kind of went in to this film with an open mind, because the trailer kind of sold this film as being pretty good, which it is actually pretty good although i do feel as if there should of been more in this film really.
The film it self has this spit on your grave meets skulls if any one has actual seen that film you know what i mean, its a bunch of rich boys look for something to entertain himself but in a sick twisted way only this time they pick on the wrong person type of film.
The film dose how ever feel more like a short film than a feature length film as it dose come across a little short but dose a great job at keep this twist dark concept as you see these character get driven in to a mind scape that mess's with their reality, which give this film a bit more of an edge ; which i find the rating for the film a little underrated as it's not that bad to be honest but could of done better in place, still borderlining on entertaining which is alway good for a film.
Final Girl is basically putting the Hit-Girl trope to the slasher genre, which can be a pretty cool concept if done right. The film's style is a fancy old-school mystery film, highlighting shadows and silhouettes through creaking walls, cafeterias and streets.
Visually appealing stuff, rather enjoyed for being effectively overly campy for its low budget. The movie sets up a little girl training to beat up dangerous men, but it instead lead us to a number of strange events, which results to such polarizing schlock which the beautiful Abigail Breslin dose brilliantly in coming across as this butter in my mouth wouldn't melt type of girl with this sweet innocent nature like she dosent know what going on to this psychopathic girl out for revenge on these guys for what they have done.
I will admit there are time i this film it felt a little creepy special some of the end scenes, but all in all this was that bad of a film, just underrated slightly.

Dislikes : I felt this film could of had more concept at the begin with the boys doing what they are doing this felt to short as there wasn't really any build up to Abigail Breslin character coming alone, this felt more like an episode of the twilight zone than a film because it was kind of over before it started which is sadly why this hasn't got great ratings.

Overall : Good film but a little short, Abigail Breslin in awesome in this film which is ashame it couldn't be better.

Rating: 4.3 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.6 out of 10 for concept.

Film Review: Terminator Genisys

Genre: Action, Adventure, Sci-Fi

Cert: given a 12A i would say more of a 15 cert due to some content being adult.

Likes : Come with me if you want to live !!!!! Wow dam the critics & over thinkers of this film , this was the terminator film of the year , ya there is a few funny moments but at least this time it was over the top cheesiness like terminator 3 that's the good thing, the begin of the film was just perfectly executed in the story to show a back ground of 6 billion lives ending from nuclear war the special effect were frightening.
Emilia Clarke incredible beautiful , best casting choice ever for this role as sarah connor, her performance playing a young rebel type conner that can handle her self was just spot on acting from this incredibly talented actress, most of you will reconise her from Game of thrones as the mother of dragon.
Jai Courtney best performance to date as kyle reese, love that fact they gave a few bits of funny moments as well as the moment where it get serious he holds he's own, Jai performance came off perfect to make a believable character. Even though Arnold Schwarzenegger is look old he actual looks the part for this aging terminator which is explain pretty well that the skin is living tissue it dose age, so that work well for him being in this film.
Good thing as well they didn't over do the funny moments so they did learn from the mistake of terminator 3 which i was happy with because they made these moment sutal & brief as not to ruin the flow of the film.
Jason Clarke performance was outstanding playing two part of this film so this really isn't a spoiler because it was show in the trailer which i feel was a mistake because that could of been kept a secret but still the other surprise in the film made that forgivable, Jason role as a terminator was a more advance matter technology from sky net like nanobyte tech which made this terminator type very dangerous much worst than the T-x PROTOTYPE in T3.
(Doctor who's) Matt Smith i heard was in the film i was wondering where he was in the film, then bang out of no-where they introduced him in the film, what a way to introduce him, i cant go into details because of the spoilers but dam what a brilliant role to give him, he play it with a very cold & vicious way that real give the role what it need to come across to audience. I like J.K. Simmons little cameo role in this film i though that was a nice touch, but as a whole this film was perfectly done although to some the time line thing might be confusing, but it pretty much easy to understand if you look in to time travel & alternate time lines when things are change.
The special effect in stunt were just awesome, the C.G.I as well wasnt actual over done, i bet alot of people were think it to much C.G.I but it you actual look close some of the terminator scene at the begin in the terminator camp weren't C.G.I they were models used from T2, i like that  because it wasn't over the top C.G.I its was a blend i will say which probably some wont agree this was in tune with Cameron's original terminator film.
Despite the other bad review from curtain people, this was in my mind was a solid entry in to the terminator franchise, plus with a mid credit scene at the end to open it for a sequel was pretty perfect ending to open up a sequel to keep the franchise going.

Dislikes : There wasn't really any thing majorly wrong with this film other than the fact they should of keep bill paxton's character with the punks in it but still this film is a full on action pack film.

Overall : Great action, great story, solid entry to the terminator franchise worth checking out.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 10 out of 10 for concept.

Sex & Nudity: The sexual references are a touch milder than the first movie. No Nudity at all

In the very beginning of the movie, at a bachelor party, a brief fleeting video is shown on a TV with 2 grizzly bears mating, one bear is shown standing behind another moving, no full detail and played for comedic effect.

Likes : I'm going to be honest here in say i loved the first film it had all the comedy in the right places, it was complete laugh out loud funny but W.T.H happened to the sequel , don't get me wrong this sequel had its moments where you do have some funny moments but it's just wasnt as good as the first film was.
Sadly this film try's to use a more serious tone with comedy which quiet frankly dose work in comedy yes this film dose a few moments where your going to find yourself laughing at but it seem to miss so much comedy that could of been in this sequel for it to exceed the first film.
ya i know alot of the review are saying it was a better film than he first one but sadly i disagree, this first film have more laugher moment , it didn't try to make it self to serious & it was just a roll of the chair funny film.
Sadly this film is missing the comedy that the first film had the only thing good which was a welcome cast Amanda Seyfried she brought a bit of a mellow atmosphere to the film as a weed smoking lawyer that a straight A student, there are a few moments with ted usual self that make you laugh but it just seem it wasn't enough to keep me laughing with this one.

Dislikes : Sadly this film has fallen in to that trap of a identity crisis weather to be a serious film or a comedy as the two just don't mix, which sadly make this a very weak tame version of what was brought in the film, don't get me wrong as ive said before it has it odd moments where its funny but most of the jokes fall flat.

Overall : First film was better, this one was ok, some funny moments but not much, try to be two thing at the same time.

Rating: 4.7 out of 5 for entertainment / 6.3 out of 10 for story.
