Story: Doug Harris (Josh Gad) is a lovable but socially awkward groom-to-be with a problem: he has no best man. With less than two weeks to go until he marries the girl of his dreams (Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting), Doug is referred to Jimmy Callahan (Kevin Hart), owner and CEO of Best Man, Inc., a company that provides flattering best men for socially challenged guys in need. What ensues is a hilarious wedding charade as they try to pull off the big con, and an unexpected budding bromance between Doug and his fake best man Jimmy.

Likes : I will admit that im not normal a Kevin hart fan, because sometime he can be a little to loud in certain film shouting but i can say with a whole heart i actual liked him in this film he is generally funny playing this character, the onscreen chemistry with Josh Gad just made this film even more funnier this proves with the right on screen chemistry a film can work.
The has its moment where it get a little soft heart which give it a feel good concept, but well balanced with the hilarious laugh out loud moments that is side splitting funny.
Many wedding comedies would be about the bride, like the film's "My Best Friend's Wedding" or "Bride Wars." There have been movies about the parents, like "Father of the Bride" or "Mother of the Bride". There have been alot of other film's about the "The Wedding Planner" or "The Wedding Singer' or even "Wedding Crashers.' More recently, there been films about members of the entourage of either gender, "The Hangover" and "Bridesmaids." As a point of distinction, "The Wedding Ringer" is an uncommon wedding comedy made from the point of view of the groom which make this a unique film that is generally funny as hell.
Despite some of the bad reviews this film got, im surprised on just how well made this is in funny humor & feel good moments, i find that some people just don't get this concept because they are miserable in their own lives to see the light heart feel good moments in life which is sad really, but this is a film i would recommend watching.

Dislikes : Can be a little predictable by the end, the dog scene could have been left out really, but apart from that this film was OK.

Overall : Great on screen chemistry, brilliant acting, Hilarious & heart warming. Generally funny film.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 7.8 out of 10 for concept.
