Many cars, busses, boats and other large pieces of metal are pulled up toward a flying alien vessel, then dropped back to the ground where humans scatter for safety; robots on the ground are then pulled toward the vessel and they tear structures up as they move through the air.
A robot is fired upon on a broken down boat, jumps over the side and runs away as it is fired upon and one of its legs is shot off; the robot falls to the ground and another huge robot shoots it through the back with a rocket, then approaches it, stabs its arm through the injured robots chest and pulls out a glowing orb.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: An auto bot is tracked down and killed by the humans (this may seem sad)
A character is fried by a grenade (his death is surprising/unexpected.)
A man is incinerated and is shown dead, mid-stride, completely burnt.
There's tons of loud, explosive action between the remaining Autobots and Lockdown, the evil Decepticon bounty hunter.
There are also human vs. Transformer battle sequences, as well as human vs. human fights.
Many people and Transformers die.
Countless civilians via scenes of mass destruction

Story: After the battle between the Autobots and Decepticons that leveled Chicago, humanity thinks that all alien robots are a threat. So Harold Atinger, a CIA agent establishes a unit whose sole purpose is to hunt down all of them. But it turns out that they are aided by another alien robot who is searching for Optimus Prime. Cade Yeager a "robotics expert" buys an old truck and upon examining it, he thinks it's a Transformer. When he powers it up, he discovers it's Optimus. Later, men from the unit show up looking for Optimus. He helps Yeager and his daughter escape but are pursued by the hunter. They escape and Yeager learns from tech he took from the men that a billionaire tech magnate and defence contractor named Joshua Joyce is part of what's going on so they go to find out what's going on.

Likes : First of all im going to say is i could give a review like most everyone else has made by jumping on the band wagon by saying this film is bad, its a waste of time, Michael bay ruin my childhood blur blur blur, but im not going to go there & do that, im going to give this film a fair review but will point out flaws that could of been made this film look better.
As before the cinematography & the film technology to bring these film to life is brilliant as always, story is pretty well done although leaves a question to who the creator is, would i say this is a disaster like everyone is saying no, because its an improvement from the 3rd film but i would go as far to say this was a spot on film because there is areas in the film that could of been better done.
As for acting it's not to bad, Mark Wahlberg does a pretty good job as the tough father figure trying to protect his teenage daughter from loser's because he what's her to do better played by Nicola Peltz who lets be honest done a better job at acting than what Rosie Huntington-Whiteley did in the transformers dark side of the moon. One actor that stood out even those he didn't really have that many scene's was  Kelsey Grammer his character profile stood as the way he played this role is brilliant & very believable as a CIA government Black opts manger, i think he almost stole the film in acting, i think Stanley Tucci shinned in this film, not only in acting but bring a comical humour to the film to lighten the mood.
As for the transformers i love the way they portrayed Lockdown was brilliant, the way he carry him self with this arrogance but confident swagger which matched his attitude as a bounty hunter made him a worthy some what villain to the film, as for Galvatron aka megatron i will mention in the dislikes for a reason i think you understand why im mention him in there.
There i a return of the favourite bubble bee who was just brilliant in this film & funny with a cocky high school jock attitude which i found gave him more character in this film than the other films, instead of this soldier transformers. There is new transformers Hound voice by John Goodman who i think kind of replaces iron hide in a way he seem to have that same attitude as iron hide did with guns. Drift voiced by Ken Watanabe so love the samurai warrior transformer look special that he transforms in to blue apatchy helicopter that was cool probable the most coolest transformer yet. Crosshairs voiced by John DiMaggio seem to be a sharp shooter soldier who seem to have a problem with wanting to be in charge.
Yes alot of the film is explosion & chaos but there is some emotional moments that are inspiring specially with the first scene with the dino-bots with grim lock, slag, strafe & Scorn the on screen presence of seeing the dinobot in a live action film is very impressive & well done although scene were flawed which i will mention in dislikes.
The c.g.i effect were brilliant, acting is brilliant in places, as for saying this is a spot on film, sadly no but this film is still sightly entertaining enough to keep you watch hopefully the next film will be better.

Dislikes : First flaw i spot was the very beginning of the film at the title screen, this scene should of had a narrative explaining a back story of what was going on. It leave you thinking who the hell are these ships & who are they, which kinds of make the rest of film feeling lost because at the beginning it was kind of all over the place the pace didn't mixed with what was going on until things started happening.
Galvatron character this is where i feel Michael bay has failed on not a major fail, just this character should have been keep to its origins & should have been left for a later film with unicron as the main big bad boss in a film, because his character was just wasn't needed in this film as he feel out of place as you have lock-down as the main bad guy.
The other things as well i noticed which could have been better in this film, Michael bay introduce the decepticon stringer, this guy was hardly in the film as a spy/sabotage transformer he should of had more involvement in his character because he was hardly in the film before getting destroyed.
The other thing as well which was a disappointment is the dino-bot, this is where i feel Michael bay has failed again not in their design i think their design is brilliant, its just the fact that the dino-bots only got 20 mins of screen time, these are iconic characters in transformers that should of been in the film longer.

Overall : Entertaining, Storyline is OK, great acting, action & humour.

Rating: 4.3 out of 5 for entertainment / 7.1 out of 10 for story-line/ action
