Profanity:  This is a Seth Rogen film with writers from some of his previous films like Superbad, This Is the End, and Pineapple Express. All of these films have had a large amount of nudity, drugs, and drinking. There is a considerable amount of profanity.
Other sexual slang (i.e twat, tits, pussy, boobs, etc.)

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking:There will be large amounts of drinking and smoking, as there is many party scenes shown with beer and presumably more drugs to follow.
Cannabis is used a lot by Zac Efron.

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  All horror and intense scenes are comical.
There is one part in the trailer where we see Zac Efron's character tackle Seth Rogens character with a yell.

Story: Kelly and Mac are settling down in a quiet neighborhood with their newborn child, until the frat brothers move into the house next door. Teddy is the President, and Pete is his right hand man, and they're quick to accept friendship when Kelly and Mac introduce themselves as the neighbors. Night after night, Mac asks Teddy to lower the fraternity's noise, even accepting the invitation to the party one evening. When Teddy goes back on his word to keep the partying down, Mac calls the police to deal with the problem. The police quickly blame Mac for their presence, and the war begins. As the family feuds with the frat brothers, things get hilariously dangerous and the fraternity end ups on thin ice with their college. After receiving their final warning and being placed on probation, Mac and Kelly pull a prank so ingenious that Teddy and Mac are forced to respond. All hell breaks loose, from Robert DeNiro parties to Christopher Mintz-Plasse having sex in the bushes, this comedy shows how things can go really wrong really quickly when a family and a frat house become neighbors.

Likes : This is a film that's not going to be for everyone, As it does contain some pretty sexual scene's but it does have some comical moments you cant help but laugh at, its got a porky's, animal house, revenge of nerds, American PIE feel to it.
Seth Rogen & Zac Efron are perfect as dueling sarcastic opponents in opposite sides of the looks spectrum. Seth and wife Rose Byrne with newborn in tow think quiet life in suburbia is upon them until a Fraternity of party animals move in next door.
What proceeds is some wild pranks, crazy situations and unpredictable comedy that get out of control with some funny moments you sat there laugh your head off at, Unlike This is the end this was perfect casting to make believable characters that really made this film more believable & funny, certainly give the message don't mess with suburban parents because they always win.
 Teddy (Zac Effron) was perfect in this film as this bad boy frat boy that just wants to bring a party of the year to get his picture on the wall, but when the neighbours start complaining it become this tit of tat revenge, he just knows how to get revenge, but his neighbours Mac (Seth Rogen) and Kelly (Rose Bryne) give as good as they get it become this animal house revenge of the nerds war between them that get out of control with some of the funniest seen ive seen n a while with some great music that make this film a party to watch.
But this a film that you have to be into the usual Seth rogen film's with crud & swearing words that usual come with his film, so this is a film that wont be for everyone but it is a funny film.

Dislikes : There was a scene with the baby i though was way over the top & inappropriate i didn't find that funny i though that was a little sick to be-honest to have that in a film, but the rest of the film was funny

Overall : Extreme sexual scene, party's, tit for tat revenge prank's, crud jokes, very funny

Rating: 4.7 out of 5 for entertainment / 8 out of 10 for story-line / comedy
